S	Sandy Templeton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great roadside service if you don't have a Roadside Plan. Their ETA is 30 minutes. They driver showed up within 30! Called other companies and everyone gave me terrible service but my experience with the dispatch guy was relatable.

S	Shashank Tyagi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a scam, please dont use this service. Called them and paid their expensive price for battery boost in the morning and was told it will be done in 30-45 mins. No one showed up for 5 hours and they charged me 45$ for 'cancelling' the service. Calling their service rep was bad enough - rep just repeated two lines: 'If you cancel the appointment it will cost 45$', 'If you dont want to cancel then they will contact the vendor and try to send someone'. Their rep never acknowledged that they failed to provide the service and still make me pay for it.
L	Lauren Roerick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overcharged on credit card for a 2km towing service, sent a third party towing company, refused to refund the overcharge for 10 days. Was also made to go to an ATM to withdraw cash (with ATM fee), only to then be told that they'd already charged my card. Looking at my statement I find it was changed $80 more than the quoted price and $40 more than what the driver told me. I called and they refused to help me and then hung up on me when I politely asked them to help remedy the situation. Steer clear. (Was helped by Buster's towing -- person who towed the car was lovely and very helpful)
J	Junho Kang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this company. They request money before dispatching any service. I waited over 4 hours for a tow truck which never showed after being told 45 minutes. I called the dispatch 4 times during that period being told it will arrive in 30-45 minutes every time. I eventually canceled the service and got another tow truck from another company to arrive. I requested a refund by calling the billing department and emailing multiple times. There is no sign I will be getting my money back. This is the same COMPANY as TTN. Don't be fooled by the 4 star review.
R	Rich Rocan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updated after a phone call to “resolve”* Run away* do not use this place. Booked appointment, over hr late. Was charged almost 70$ more then what quoted. Even after asking if it was final price. Then get charged an extra 10 bucks for nothing… joke of a place don’t fall for it. Edit. Called me to try and work something out, offered a 15% back if I changed my review to a 5 star and blamed the actual company that towed my car.(never got the $) still couldn’t tell me why the extra 70$ dollar charge was, blames it on bad communication. To add to it, asked for a flat deck at 105$ plus 2.97$ a km, sent a wrecker that’s charged at 65$ plus 2.97$ km… never got the difference back on that either.. a real joke of a place… do take the 1 stars seriously.
S	Samantha Walkling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T TRUST THE PRICE THAT THEY GIVE YOU. They told me the service (towing my vehicle 80km) would cost $300. Only to be charged over double - $620 - with no invoice provided, no details of this extra cost, and no communication from them of this extra cost. Upon emailing them for extra information, they sent me an invoice which just said the cost was 620$ and I was still not given any extra information as to what these extra costs could have been that somehow equaled to over double the price. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Find a different company that is upfront and honest about their prices.

I wish I could give negative stars on here They told me it would cost $125 for spare tire change, and we would only have to wait for 45 minutes. The person arrived after 2 hours. He came out with a low grade Canadian tire hex wrench and took 5 seconds to look at my car at said he can’t change the tire and I need to tow it. He then left immediately. I was then charged $200 which was $75 dollars more than they told me and no service was provided. I called another towing company to tow my car to a tire shop because they would not respond to my call after that. The tire shop told me that there is no reason why they can’t change my tires as I have regular lug nuts. TLDR; Charged me $200 for no service at all. Lied to me about the price and about my cars condition. Refuse to refund or provide clarification. Edit: It was under my girlfriends name. We have emailed multiple times including one more time yesterday and still no response at all. Thankfully TD was able to recognize this as a scam and canceled the charge so we got our money back
