★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivian did my gel x nails today. What an awesome experience. She carefully took the time to explain the process which is extremely important if you have never had these nails before. Vivian is sweet and caring and did an amazing job on my nails. I used to be a nail tech and I’m very fussy about my nails and these nails are perfect. I will definitely be going back to see Vivian again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my god, this place is awesome and Kent is so professional in his job. I’ve been looking for a really good nail spa in downtown over the past few months and even I tried Chichi nail salon and it was horrible.
I was desperately looking for a good place when I found here. I would recommend Kent 100% sure to everyone. He is so precise and detailed oriented, exactly who I was looking for. He is so nice and fast. They charge the same price as other places do, but you receive a great service.
Thank you Kent, and special thanks to the salon receptionist who introduced Kent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first appointment there today, with Anthony and it was the best nail experience I’ve ever had. He was so precise and patient. I love my nails so much. Also they use disposable nail files for each client which was very important to me. I really enjoyed.
Tony is amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to La Lotus to get gel-x extensions for the first time! All the staff were so kind. Vivian was so knowledgeable and explained the whole process with me. She did an amazing job on my nails! Exactly what I wanted :) Will definitely be coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to see Vivian at this spa for over a year and I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing her work is. Her knowledge and craft is incredible. I brought her in a photo of what I wanted and left with nails that looked 100 times better then the photo due to Her attention to detail. The spa itself is clean and inviting, The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. I can’t recommend this place enough.

My first appointment was my first ever gel-x experience & he was super helpful in explaining the process as he did my set. I brought in reference images of what I wanted and they looked exactly the same both times. I love how much time he takes in the removal process & my nail beds don’t feel hot or over-filed down. 10/10 would recommend!
