I get Keratin treatments becuz' I have unruly, wild-west hair :) She has SO much experience with straightening and that is rare. I also love how friendly everyone is at the salon. I will be a client for life:)

She took the time to explore multiple styles, gave advice without being presumptive or pushy, exceptional attention to detail and so pleasant to deal with. Rosy provided plenty of tips to make my hair full & voluminous - you can tell that she takes pride in her work!
Tom at the front desk is a credit to the salon! Happy to offer help, brilliant when it came to booking & rescheduling and knows the salons services and products inside out.
I'll be back!

I was amazed by the level of service, by the knowledge and the holistic approach of the hair stylist, the general look of the place and still the affordability of the services price wise. I am grateful to Lance for genuinely caring about the client, offering a full hour, it’s the first time when I get this level of service and I’m really and honestly very happy that such place like The Hair Lounge, exist. Much appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great haircut at the Lounge Hair Studio with Marium! She really listened to my style request and preferences and dry-cut my curly-wavy (2c/3a)hair really well. Highly recommend!
I also really appreciate the fact that the salon is still requiring masks for clients and staff. I wish that they would keep this mandate for longer, as it is otherwise difficult for people like myself (I sometimes work with vulnerable patients and also have high risk family members) to find a salon where we can feel safe with respect to COVID19 protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Rosy, she’s incredible! Definitely one of the best stylists I’ve ever been to. I have curly hair and get anxiety sometimes getting a hair cut because I’ve had some bad ones in the past. Rosy was so professional, providing some amazing service, asking me many questions and communicating a lot and showing me what she was doing and checking in the whole time. Gave some customized recommendations on how to care for my hair, made me feel at ease, listened to and valued! Love my haircut, she was very precise and detailed, even with the styling. I can’t remember the last time my hair looked so amazing! Would recommend for anyone, especially with curly hair. 5 star service!

She made sure throughout the visit that I was comfortable, explained the steps she was taking, and overall showed caring into her work. She's a beautiful human and loves what she does and it shows.
