★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended place. The staff here are very accommodating and the treatments are so effective. I have been visiting for my several injuries after an accident with serious mobility problems in my wrist and shoulder. They using acupuncture, stretching, massage, etc in a friendly and professional way. Generally speaking, Doctor Ahmad Rezvani is by far one of the best physiotherapists I have encountered with.

As a result of working with keyboard & mouse for a long time, I had chronic wrist pain, and recently it was impacting my daily life. I had tried several physiotherapists, and it didn't get better.
One of my friends recommended Ahmad and his team, and amazingly my pain was gone after several years of frustration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Downtown Health and Physiotherapy. I had a knee injury that prevented me from running or putting weight on it and caused me to limp. After one session there I was able to run again and the condition improved after each subsequent session. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having this place literally within steps of where I live is ideal for me. I have a lot of work to get done and the means to visit regularly, so I was really looking for this to work for me. However, my experience was so disappointing I walked out before finishing my appointment. Aside from being late, the evaluation was mediocre (I didn't even get asked to perform a squat), and I was immediately put into a TENS machine. After the TENS machine finished its time, I laid there waiting. Since no one was coming, I rang a little bell they have and the recepcionist came to check in on me and to remove the sticky pads. After a few more minutes of waiting and no one coming, I left. I've been to many other physiotherapists and have never left before my appointment finished. I'm not sure if they had one physio working with two people at once, but I'm used to having my physio totally present with me during my alloted time, not juggling around between other tasks.

Very knowledgeable staff.
I could hardly walk due to my back spasms, Dr Rezvani really knows what he is doing and got me mobile and walking within an hour and pain free within 3 sessions.

The very welcoming and friendly staff, right away I was helped and my appointment was on time without waiting for long. Dr. Rezvani, helping me with my recovery and I feel very trusted in his knowledge and experience. It's been only two visits but I'm very happy. I would recommend this clinic.

Ahmad Rezvani and the team at Downtown Health & Physiotherapy helped me tremendously to return to my prior pain-free self. I went from being in continuous pain to getting back to running, playing sports, and working out like I used to. If you are looking to learn how to improve your body mechanics to reduce the likelihood of re-injury, I would highly recommend the team at Downtown Health & Physiotherapy. They take a holistic approach to treatment that includes acupuncture in addition to traditional physiotherapy techniques. They also work through mobility and strengthening exercises that lead to long-lasting results.
