For the past few months I have been recovering from a concussion and he has been patient and understanding, when I don't get or understand a concept he looks for different ways to explain until I get it. I definitely recommend him as a teacher!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I learned with Sam Cruz on private classes at Vancouver. Sam helped me to learn a lot of new tricks and techniques and corrected many of my existing issues in salsa and Bachata dancing. I learnt over 20 ballroom and Salsa classes in the last 5 years both in San Francisco, US and Paris, France with some of the top names in the industry. But, Sam is the very best! I will gladly refer anyone to join Sam's classes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam's class is always a lot of fun. He would start each class fine tuning each student's fundamentals so that we can improve gradually. He's also great at instilling confidence in his students. Can't wait to take more classes with him when I'm in Vancouver again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taken Sam's Private classes for Bachata. Sam is the very best instructor and dancer I know. I have taken Bachata classes with Daniel Sanchez, Ronald & Ataca. Sam brought me the Style in my dancing and he helped me to understand how to interpret the music and do variations in Social dancing. Sam brings a lot of variations in dance moves since he knows Ballroom, Hiphop, etc. I am having a lot of fun since I took Sam's classes. I am still taking his privates and I love learning dance from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took salsa and bachata dance with Sam, although I know I have a long way to go, Sam ignites new passion in a learner from the very start. He is charismatic, highly skilled in his craft, very friendly and makes learning dancing fun. I found this instructor very dedicated to teaching and encouraging beginners to keep pursuing dancing. Any instructor can show you the moves but Sam adds additional component, it is how to feel the music in dance, to become poetry in motion. I highly recommend him as your dance teacher
