★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in there last Monday morning, no appointment, just as they opened at 8:00 AM, or just shortly thereafter. I needed new tires as I had a flat that could not be repaired. The guys were wonderful. I bought a full set of tires, they sent a cab to pick up the tires from another branch. While the cab was en route my car was brought in, the old tires were off, the cab dropped off the tires, and bingo, bango the car was rolled out and I was on my way to work by 9:08AM. I felt like I had my own Indy pit crew, I was out of there so fast and on my way to work.
These guys are the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve tried calling multiple times on multiple days…and they literally hang up on every phone call.
Last year I bought 4 new tires due to a flat, well a great surprise I ran into another flat recently and I learned kal tire gave me back my flat instead of swapping it out last time….I even TRIPLE checked when I picked up my new set last year. Nope! Left stranded with no flat tire. (And now also need to pay for another spare tire)
Kal tire used to be my go to, twice now disappointed…no third times a charm in this case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long-time KT customer. Competent service & fair pricing. But disappointed by the amount of upsell pressure. The tech tried hard to change my tire choice from Michelin CC2s to Nokian WRG4s. Had done my research. Trust your customer! Pushing Nokian brand hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a puncture on one of the fleet vehicle, drove to this location to hopefully get it repair, it was a slow day and was the only customer in the office when i arrived. Was greeted by advisor named asaf and told me they might not have time to repair a flat but needs to look at the schedule to make sure. stand in the office for 15 mins while watching him make a popcorn. after then he said he wont be able to repair the tire. I walked out of the store and told the advisor that he wasted my time, as soon as i walk out the door he then shouted " DONT EVER COME BACK". Is this how you really treat a customer? I cant believe this, For sure not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, very helpful and professional! I went to get my tires changed and the mechanic noted a significant amount of rust on the drums and the brakes, which were worn out as well. He took the time to show me the damage, suggested we forego the alignment I had requested to save costs and consider changing the brakes/drums entirely from a safety perspective. Within less than 48h the job was done, and came out to a bit under what the initial quote was. The noise my car had been making was also now completely gone- I had gone to get my car checked before at another garage and though I was told they had checked the breaks, evidently they has not! Thanks for the help and great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limping into this Kal Tire with a nail in a tire and they took care of me and got me on my way even though they were already busy they squeezed me in and got me sorted. I had already been to a couple other places with no luck because I was travelling and had an emergency repair so could not just come back another day with a tire that holds no air. These guys even went out of their way to make sure that I had options to choose all along the way. Of course I went for the best care but if I was on a tight budget then I would have certainly been glad to have that level of service. A big thank you to them.
