★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE BEWARE and take the time to read ALL the 1 star reviews on this thread: I have owned my car for a few years. Its been %100 trouble free throughout. It's a great reliable commuter with very low mileage. I decided to pay for a minor repair at VAP and have been plagued with minor repairs ever since. Every time I go there my car immediately (2 to 4 weeks later) has another problem ($200 to $400 repair). I'm not a licensed mechanic, but was raised around "car guys" who fixed and built their own cars. They taught me to fix/buy/drive older, die hard makes/models which rarely breakdown (if ever), are cheap to fix and great on gas. I can do breaks and regular maintenance type work myself but went to VAP because the original repair required a weld which i was not equipped to do. This time, the next repair came within 2 days! I'm done. After these experiences, I have no choice but to strongly suspect VAP of sabotaging my vehicle and on more than one occasion! ...resulting in 4 repairs in less than a 5 month period. I was suspicious from the start but they just seemed so nice...my friend tried to convince me that i was crazy/paranoid but after this terrible experience and after reading the other reviews.....the proofs in the pudding. Don't be fooled by all the 5's either; it's easy for owners to fudge the rating on here. The 1's are the only RELIABLE ratings on google. For every ones sake, I really do hope I'm wrong about this but nevertheless..... i think they're crooks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lowest prices for parts that i know of, I've always saved money buying parts from here and usually get the parts in a few hours when they don't have it in stock at their location. I don't buy parts from anywhere else ever since i found out about these guys.
The workers are very helpful. I was having a hard time finding a replacement bolt for my turbo manifold, brought them a sample bolt and they found one for me the next day and didn't even charge me for it. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really good reception and mechanic did a quick assessment of my car even though they had many in line. After a quick assessment alternator has been proven not to be working. Parts price was very transparent. Labour price was fair (I guess there is no cheap anywhere). I would return and recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are great! I’ve been going here since I moved to Vancouver over 8 years ago and they’re super helpful. Being a 20 year old at the time I was a bit worried I’d be over charged due to my lack of knowledge about vehicles but luckily the rates have been great. Everyone works fast and efficiently and they always squeeze me in when I show up. The other day I came in last minute to get some winter tires put on and they got them changed over within an hour and a bit. So I was luckily able to head up to the mountain right after. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my Bmw in for a simple starter replacement. Drove it not even an hour and noticed a weird sound coming from the hood. opened it up and saw that the air intake plastic piece had a piece broken off of it. I can guarantee that when the mechanic was working on the starter he needed to take part of the intake out to get too it. He didn't take due care of it and broke the piece so its unrepairable unless i replace the whole piece. I went back to the same mechanic that worked on my car and he completely denied the whole thing. extremely disappointed in the service and would not recommend anyone to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They may have decent service, but they probably have bare minimum knowledge on how to fix vehicles(maybe some models they know more on but definitely not well verse) From my experience they just intended me to blow a bunch of money to "hope" to fix what the issue is. This is the last shop I'm ever going to. Good luck to all you customers, might want to educate yourselves a little more on your vehicle - can easily be scammed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I warn people that look for my one star rating for this shop. I went there to get my car check up they took almost whole day and nobody called me then after couple of hours I called them did you check my car they said yes and told me I need to change some parts but the price they gave was high so I thought I will buy parts and ask them to fix it but when called other shop for the parts and that guy asked me questions , which I did not know the answer for so I called this shop and asked them what exactly is the part which is wrong and than I found out they gave me wrong diagnosis than what actually my car needed to fix and when I asked for details for what exactly it is got the answer as I don’t know. They had to YouTube the thing to answer my question on their diagnosis, so I checked my car with another mechanic and they said I don’t even need to change the part they said in their diagnosis. Had very bad experience. Hopefully they will not try to cheat on people.
As this all thing cost lots of money to me and time. As I had to do diagnosis for my car twice and fix it from another person. Which lead me not working for 4 days as I was waiting them to
