I cannot say enough good things about Jon and Steve in particular as they're the ones I deal with mainly. I would definitely recommend this garage!

I moved to Vancouver about 2 years ago from the island. I had a few bad auto service experiences here on the mainland with gouge pricing. Im a 23 year old who probably looks 16/17 and was taken advantage of by some shotty characters mistaking my age and kindness for a weakness.
Steve and John are two honest, accountable and standup gentleman who will get the job done right with a smile.
Ive had BMW’s to domestic GM trucks in there, always priced honestly and fairly, and professional work done timely.
Look no further than Gords Automotive for ALL of your auto needs.
Honest, Reliable, Kind, and Professional.

They never try to upsell you on services and are always honest about what has to be done and what your repair alternatives are. I will be a returning customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a gem of a shop! I was recommended here by Kirmac. Hit a curb really hard on Christmas and have been terrified driving my car because I could feel that I messed something up on my front right tire. Called at 8:30 this morning, someone called me back right away. They got my car in and gave me an estimate in about an hour, work done by 3:30. They were really patient with me when I was asking for all the specifics of the bill (I drive a 98 Honda Civic, I’m on a budget).
So not only did they go out of their way to save me money on the wheel that needed replacing by finding a used one for me (same day!!!) but they also replaced my torn hub cap. I was almost in tears. Thank you so much guys!!!!! I feel safe to be on the road again.

They described the diagnostic and repair options so that I was prepared when the quote arrived, which was less than I had anticipated. They were even able to complete it for less than the advertised price. Give them a call if you need a quick, efficient, and cost-effective repair!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John and Steve are both very honest guys. I've brought my beater car here a few times. They can usually get you in the same day/next morning. They're knowledgeable and reasonably priced for work. They've looked at my car, diagnosed it and fixed it without overpriced diagnostic charges, or claiming it needed more work than it actually did.
The ONLY downside is they aren't open on weekends, though they seem to be very accommodating if you need to leave your vehicle with them for a few days.
