β β β β β This shop is the best , very weird that it only has 3.8 stars . These guys work on your car genuinely like as if it were their own. They make every dollar count and very hard working people as well as kindness throughout the whole team . I live in surrey and travel that extra miles to go through them ! Thank you guys for the great work and effort ! HIGHLY STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

β β β β β These guys are absolutely amazing! I crunched my car door on a BC Hydro pole. I did some shopping around for the price of repair. I got quoted $3500+ by Kirmac, $2500 by another body shop but here the repair only cost $1500! They did an excellent job. They replaced the wing mirror with a Honda ordered within a few days. The finish was immaculate, they matched the colour perfectly. They even gave me a small pot of paint so I could touch up any future scrapes. How thoughtful!! They also gave me a courtesy car which was so helpful! The repair only took 2 and half days. I was so impressed with every single aspect of this business. Eric is a pleasure to deal with. And to finish it all off my car was gleaming when I got it back. They'd even hoovered the inside - what more could you ask for!?

This place offers top notch customer service and an equally amazing autobody shop. Peter knows well how to take care of his customers. His staff is very friendly. After I made my claim, I realized a part was missing following the break in. These guys ensured that it was all covered under my already filed claim and have me a discount too after realizing highly that I had a very high deductible. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wishes to go see icbc authorized autobody shop.

β β β β β Someone did damage to my side mirror, electrical wire came out and mirror was hanging. I took it here to have it checked out. They instantly did repair, made sure it was working fine. Once done they also helped me with a minor past hit and run. This place is amazing, they are honest good people.I will recommend to everyone I know. So thankful I brought my car to them!

β β β β β By Far this is the best auto body shop in all of Vancouver. I brought my car here back in 2010, I was very happy but it was too far from my house. I decided choose another company near Science world in 2015 for when my car was T-Boned and they only did the bare minimum to repair my car. After going to Hi-Light again, I will never go to another shop for my Auto Body needs. My car was keyed in 2016, I was able to get a appointment the next day after calling, it took less than week to repair my car. It was worth the wait they went above and beyond by:
-Buffing out any spider web scratches and light scratches
-Repairing the areas of my car where it was keyed
-Cleaning the inside and outside of my car
-Waiting for me to get off work to pick up my car which was passed their closing time.
The end results were amazing, I definitely got my money worth and more, my car looks brand new. If you tell any ICBC adjuster that you are going to HI-Light Autobody Shop they will strongly insist you do so.
