F	Frank Yu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car was overheating. Steven replaced the radiator, thermostat and water pump for $700 and he said it was no longer overheating. He was telling the truth because the car was not heating up at all. He couldn't fix it properly so he drilled holes in the thermostat. I took my car here because my friend was working there at the time which was how I also knew about his whole staff driving customer's cars home.

Throughout over 3 decades (including last 9 years with him) of experience with auto mechanics, I haven't met anyone yet, as honest and caring, skillful and knowledgeable as Steven is. And, with him reachable, I am worry-free to have any type of vehicles, even with motor bicycle my daughter has. And I am quite perplexed about Mr. Frank Yu's contrary experience ... how on earth could that possibly happen? I think Mr. Yu should reconnect with Steven and find out what has really been wrong.

Not a fancy shop with customer waiting area with espresso machine or wifi. Who needs the overhead cost? Not me! I need a knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy mechanic. He will fix you and have on your own vehicle asap. Don't expect to pay high prices to get car washed or a courtesy car-just fair pricing! You will get your car back same day if possible! Fixed the cars which is what he is there for. If you want your car detail take it to a detailer.

Steven is also the first guy to say, "just drive it" when talking about repairs. He could very easily recommend extra work and he always defaults to the least amount you really need to do to be safe and have your car work.

L	Lily C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough good things about Steve. I drove in from Kelowna on bad brakes which I didn't realize until I got into the city. I was there for business and was in a panic as I needed them fixed before I drove back after the weekend and only heard them go Thursday night upon arrival in Vancouver. I went over to Steve's shop early Friday morning - he wasn't even opened yet but saw me outside and came out right away to help me. My back brake pads had gone and I certainly couldn't drive back on them. Steve didn't hesitate at all - he fixed them that day for me and I was able to pick up the car mid afternoon on Friday and continue with my business meetings for the rest of the weekend. The price was very fair and the service was the best I have ever received. I will never forget his kindness to me in fitting me in on a busy Friday and making sure I was able to get home safe. Thank you Steve!
