Got sideswiped by a truck on the highway and was looking for ICBC accredited bodyshops recommended from my friend. Was thoroughly impressed by the service provided - valet service, car pick-up/drop off and super polite and responsive staff. Definitely goes above and beyond for their customers would recommend 100% to anybody else. Great job guys!

Got some scratches and a dent on my Mercedes E400 Coupe! They did an amazing job in less than 24 hours! Picked up the car from my work and dropped it off the next day at my place! Polite, professional and honest! And the result looks amazing, as if nothing happened! What else you need from an auto body shop? Strongly recommended! Ian is the best!

I recently had my Nissan Leaf's bumper fixed here and it was definitely one of the smoothest body shop experiences I have had. Firstly, they are super responsive and the phone is always picked up by a professional receptionist. Tom (owner?) is an absolutely pleasure to work with. They worked with ICBC and the rental company on my behalf. The car was delivered exactly on the date they estimated. Best of all, they fixed up some minor dents on the car (unrelated to the claim) for free and gave me back the car washed and detailed!

I highly recommend Imperial Autobody Ltd for collision repairs. Here's my story. One of the worst things about owning a car is making a mistake and backing into a column in your building's parkade. What makes it worse is when you shop around to get the dent/scratch repaired. You are given estimates by reputable collision repair companies that remind you of your error through expensive quotes that, in short, would cost you an arm and a leg. You feel like a customer who is nothing but a profit. I was even told by one place, "Well, you could always shop around if you don't like our price." My experience with Imperial Autobody LTD was the exact opposite of that. I was referred to Ian at Imperial Autobody and immediately, the conversation was honest. I sent Ian a photo of my vehicle's damage. He provided me with the BEST price for the repair. Basically, he gave me a price that seemed very fair compared to the other guys and it wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. On top of that, he told me exactly how long it would take to repair (3 days). And on top of that, they provided me with a courtesy car for those three days. Communication was polite, open, quick, and honest. I could text Ian and he would reply in no time. They told me that they would let me know the day before my vehicle was ready. And they did. There weren't any "hidden damages" phone calls that would raise my quote another $1000. Their quote was exactly what I paid. No hidden surprises when it came to paying my bill. The service was quick and prompt. My car looked brand new afterwards. And in all honesty, I've had friends see the before and after (see attached pics) and mention how good the work was! So grateful for their quality work. If you're looking for a collision repair for your vehicle, I highly recommend Imperial Autobody LTD. When it comes to making these driving errors, I totally get the saying, "It happens to all of us." However, you shouldn't have to feel worse when paying to get that repair done. You want to pay a fair price, have open communication with the collision company, have your vehicle look majestic afterwards, and experience no "hidden surprises" when it comes to payment. I've experienced all of that with Imperial Autobody LTD and am very happy with their work and service.

Great work, 6k worth of damage meant had to order in new parts. Whole process was painless, took longer then normal due to covid and getting parts. But under the circumstances 11/10!
