★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the factory location today and even though they were busy and not a storefront, I was given a huge amount of attention and assistance in between tasks and other visitors. As a result I purchased a Revenant bib which will go great with my Westcomb jacket. Super happy that I could support a local business! The product is all top notch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a shell for over $500! I figured it would last as well or better than arcteryx, wrong! Was water resistant, at best for 2 days. Zipper then broke. I took it back to Valhalla where I bought it and they agreed with my complaint but said that westcomb hasn't been fulfilling their warranties and they are no longer going to be carrying their gear. Valhalla was great though and gave me a fresh jacket off their shelf out of their own pocket. The second jacket was much better but still not very good at wicking water.
All and all westcomb isn't great. Not water resistant, not durable, heavy, the warranty is non existent, and you pay a premium price. For the money your better with arcteryx, Patagonia, or mountain Hardwear in my opinion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. I stepped into the factory location in Vancouver while on holiday. My Switch jacket wasn't keeping me as dry as it used to. They replaced it on warranty and gave me some great insite on increasing the lifespan of my shell. Nice to see technical outerwear still made in Canada!
