★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar experience to the review a saw on Yelp. It has been 3 days in a row I am trying to talk with someone but they just ignore me. When I called them for the first time, rude receptionist asked to email her the request but never answered me back. I called them to ask if they saw my email, the rude receptionist said "oh, yes. Wait to have someone not busy to call you". Really? Still waiting... emailed again, no answer. Again rude receptionist and not interested in helping at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High quality stainless fabrication from great people who really care that they're doing it right. And yes, the owner does have some awesome sweaters, but watch out on Fridays, it's smoking jackets and amazing hair day at Quest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their fabrication is excellent, but unfortunately the customer service from their sales rep was awful. Expect long delays, unanswered emails and phone calls and a general sense that they don't really care about your job because they are soo busy. After weeks of trying to get a simple wall shelf fabricated, I gave up and went somewhere else.
