Every time I go, it typically takes 3x as long as they say it will. They do good work though, so I only ever make appointments on days where I'm not expected to be anywhere immediately.

Very friendly staff who explained the issue and the steps they took to fix it. I'll definitely be coming back - highly recommend them!

They offered me 3 quotes, not one of which was even for my car using their own website. All of the options being very expensive, one option not even being for a car. I went to Grandview Tire & Auto, met with friendly, informative, and honest staff. Quick turn around, professional and prompt. What's more, $150 cheap than the half wits at Kal. If you need tires or auto service, these guys deserve your business and you deserve their work. Don't get fleeced by the chain crooks.
B	Brandon Weidema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tl;dr: i can’t recommend this place to anyone. a sloppy diagnosis that was extremely incorrect will not have me coming back or recommending to anyone. I came here for a wheel balance, dropped the car off and went for a coffee. Upon my return, the front desk (who was very polite) explained to me that the mechanic had lifted the car and determined both front hubs had to be replaced and were going to separate from the knuckle. “very unsafe to drive” Anyways, i went to a different mechanic for a second opinion who was actually willing to show me what the real issue was and it had nothing to do with the hubs. As he could tell they were both brand new already (whole knuckle was replaced in jan 2022). i just needed to replace a tie rod on one side which was causing the play. obviously a tie rod is much cheaper than 2 entire hubs. I feel that the first mechanic from this shop was either lazy, inexperienced or worse, a con. I felt pressured to spend big money on 2 hub replacements in a quick succession. Thankfully, I knew better but others with no experience may be spending money without much reason.

The previous operators had been there for many years and provided excellent and honest service. Wanted to give a zero but wouldn't let me... I dropped in a a couple of weeks ago after being jumped from a flat battery just to check that everything was OK. Having got the car checked out, I was told it was for sure the alternator and should expect to pay around $1000 to replace. Don't know who the guy on the front desk was but I seemed to know more about cars than he did and that's saying something. I wasn't convinced and took it elsewhere. Battery and alternator are fine and car running as normal for the past 3 weeks or so. Shame on you for trying to rip people off.
