Took my brand new 4runner to this dealership to fix the problem with 4 wheel drive, as well as the noisy brake. The advisor test drove and confirm the issues, came back to pick up the car and guess what nothing has fixed !! the note says: no issue was found when the guests and advisor test drove the car !!!! What a lie!!! Spoke with management ( NEDA) and explained the issue. She backed up her staff and their dishonesty. Neda ( the manager )told me to go to a different dealership and get my car fixed elsewhere. She basically refused the service and passed on the responsibility to other dealership. Very poor Costomer service as a MANAGER!!! She didn’t even bother taking small step to address the issue and instead became very rude about the situation by saying you can call and make complaints anywhere you like . Its sad to see Toyota is allowing this kinda of situation to happen.

Went in for a simple tire swap on my new 2022 4 Runner that was negotiated during the purchase. Not so simple here. Doesn't matter how far out you book or what time, they say wait FOUR HOURS for a tire change or take a $15 taxi voucher. No ride service, no loaner. The sales guy I dealt with, who was great, called and asked how everything was going I told him the situation and he offered to bring me a demo car on the day of my appointment. They call to confirm the day before my appointment and I asked the guy on the phone if I can drop the keys off an hour early, even a half hour, I didn't care when they got to it. He said no. Why? The service staff book specific times to take the keys and no one would be able to help me. I get there 30 mins early anyway and walk in there is 4 service advisers sitting at the desks not 1 customer in the store. Not 1 service adviser looks up for 5 mins to help the only customer in the store. But eventually an adviser takes my key and gives me a loaner no problem. A loaner I was told did not exist in service and the adviser had no idea about the demo vehicle from the sales department they had for me. Also not 1 other customer in the store the whole time I'm dealing with my adviser btw. End of the day I pick up my truck, tire grease just caked all over my new truck rims and tires. They didn't even wipe it off when they were done. They blamed the hose and pressure washer freezing. Sure it was a cold day, but even a rag with no water would have done it if they didn't want to get wet. To top it off they fill my tires to 44 psi on passengers side front and drivers rear and 35 psi on drivers front and passenger rear. I don't understand how that was even possible. Long time Toyota customer. I'll never ever bring another vehicle back to Regency Service ever again. I feel they tried everything they could do to make this very simple task as difficult and inconvenient as possible for me and despite it all I brought it in anyway just to have them do a piss poor job. If they can't get a tire swap done properly I'd really worry about bigger jobs. Get your act together, worst Toyota service department in the city.

I Went in because my car was acting up. Jeff helped me get everything sorted so they could see what was wrong, and at the end of the day had everything fixed for me. Jeff and everyone there held a very high level of professionalism as well as efficiency and friendly. I will definitely go again when I have any other issues!

i bought a few Toyota and had great service. Unfortunately had to go Richmond open road for new used car . never again!!!. Not sure if because a female or first nation person. My car was on a recall but was denied service in timely manner. I was disappointed my frustrationso dropped off a letter to the owner. The nasty call I received and refusing to take my car in for mandatory call back was denied. So took a chance went to Regency. Wow great staff from management to staff naming a few like Pam,Jeff, Nedaa . I explained my horrible experience.They have now taken over all my car needs. They are a thru great dealership honest caring bunch will go out of way to make sure you are 100% satisfied with any needs or requests.Need a car need repairs go to them you will not regret the choice in choosing them. I recommend highly . Plus will not go elsewhere now will wait when I can see someone at Regency Vancouver . Thank you so much awesome great fantastic staff keep up great work thanks

When I bought my 2021 rav4 hybrid I was treated the best I have ever have. Jon Fernando was the salesman I dealt with and even though this was during the covid supply line issues he kept me well informed regarding the eta of my new car. Highly recommended

A very pleasant experience! I had an unfortunate situation and my 4 runner's alternator broke the moment I went to drive back home to the Interior. Last minute travel changes were stressful at first, but the staff were kind and helpful and went out of their way to fix the problem quickly. Jeff was thorough and explained everything. I give this service station a big thumbs up! Reminds me of why I am a Toyota for lifer.

Busier on Saturdays. Service is good. You get a good view upstairs in the customer lounge. Free coffee, etc like other dealers and mechanic shops.

I've been coming here for years. They have always been great and I always leave feeling reassured that my vehicle will be safe on the road until our next 6 month appointment. The last visit I had a few weeks ago was particularly helpful. I had mentioned some issues I was experiencing(weird belt noises, power and e-brake issues) and they discovered the "good quality belt" I had purchased and installed by another no name mechanic shop a few years ago installed the wrong belt for my vehicle type. They replaced the belt with the correct one and now my car sounds, drives and e-brake all working well again. Jeff was very helpful showing me photos of the incorrect and correct belt for my car and explaining the difference between them. I was also worried my shocks needed to be dealt with but he showed me a photo of how they looks and reassured me they the condition is pretty good so I don't need to worry about them at this time. Lastly, I had to change 2 tires as I had a non-repairable nail puncture in one tire and their price was much better then the quote from Kaltire. The competency, friendly service and piece of mind going here are worth the trip!
