True North Screen Printing

Had some shirts made for a band I'm involved with (Franklins Dealers) and they did an awesome job!. Quality shirts that have held up over time.. Kaz is a great guy to deal with ! Can't recommend more.

Hey I made an order through VIA. I came 3 times to pick it up over Christmas time and it was closed. I left several voicemail messages as well and no one got back to me. I ended up picking up the order last week and the clerk at the front was nice and apologetic and confirmed that you were closed without any posted signage, or an updated voicemail message.

The best printer that I've had the pleasure of working with. They were able to turn-around high-quality work within a matter of hours! I'd highly recommend these folks to anyone looking for a screen-printing job done in Canada.

On November 29th I placed an order for the "BC Parks Patches" eight-patch set for $75 as a gift for a family member. I paid $10 in shipping. The patches didn't ship until December 13th, two full weeks later! What were they doing for two weeks? I have no idea - there was no email from them explaining what was going on. I emailed the address on file for the order. No response after over a week. Maybe there's a reason for the two week delay, but if a customer's question is ignored, who knows? The Arrive app they use was a pain to set up, and after I set it up I was unhelpfully informed no tracking information was available. Has it shipped at all? I really don't know. I emailed them again. Another week went by, no response. Worse, when we left for Christmas with my family on 20th, and the patches still hadn't arrived. Seven days to get from Vancouver to Seattle should have been enough. So now my brother-in-law gets a picture of his gift instead of the actual patches. As of Jan 9th, still no response to either email. I'll never deal with True North Screen Printing again.

We had a great experience working with TNSP! We had some custom T-shirts and mugs made for a charity event and Andrew went out of his way to help with design ideas! They have some really high quality merchandise and a great selection of cotton options. Highly recommend working with TNSP!

Andrew and his team helped us with merchandise for an event we had and they really exceeded our expectations. The True North staff was helpful, detailed, and had really great suggestions. They never try to up-sell us and the shirts came out looking amazing! We are already working on our next project with them and will be recommending them to others.

WORST EXPERIENCE! 0/5 I wanted to design 2 custom hoodies and visited the location back on May 28th and spoke with a worker named Julian. I went to this place on referral as they were suppose to be a 'high-quality & reliable company'. We went over all the details; price, material, design etc. I sent him an email on the same day May 28th/21 outlining my exact design as he asked. He quoted me a price and things were set to go. I changed one part of the design and emailed this to him on May 31st. I even offered to come in person to explain the change, if this would help or make it easier. I received no response. At the end of the week , I called. The person who answered said Julian is not there, but he'll leave a message and get back to me. I received no call back. Waited another week. Called again. Finally, was told by someone else that the old representative had left the company 'awhile ago', but I was never informed, updated or followed-up with. This person, Thomas, said that he will take over and that I can now forward the emails to him. So this is exactly what I did on July 2nd. Waited until the end of the week. No email back. This time I called again and asked to speak with a manager or company owner. I spoke with Kaz. Finally, I received some answers and he apologised and said that he personally will take over my order. He also stated how I was quoted incorrectly, and that the price would increase. He also stated how one of the designs they were unable to do. Although, I thought all of this was unfair I was still not upset because I was happy that the hoodie and design I needed more urgently would get done, even if it was at an outrageous amount. I forwarded all of the emails and the details to him on Jul 9/21. Today is Jul 27/21 and I still have NOT received any emails back from Kaz. I have all my emails as proof still. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

Simply put, they went above and beyond to help me out with my quick order. Initially they did not have the hats I wanted to use, so I left it at that,, I then got an email from Kaz. He reached out to me and let me know they had some available. After a few back and forth emails we got everything finalized and the order was good to go. Extremely prompt replies on emails at all hours of the day! I am going to do business here again in the near future! Thank you very much for all the help and I look forward to working with you again!
