★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todd is unprofessional, intimidating, and verbally harrassed me and my neighbors with profanity. Parked his work vehicle in a habdicap spot and started being rude and disrespectful when asked him to move. Maybe i should have just call city by law rather than trying to reason with him. He ran into body energy club as we saw to grab his smoothie.
