Was up in Vancouver for work, and found myself with a day off. My friend Mike had recommended these guys highly, and I'm glad I listened. One of my best days outside in a very long time. Seriously fun and on amazing bikes, only made more awesome by the even awesomer Jill & Bill. Just good people. My only problem is that Google doesn't give more stars as an option.

By far the best thing I have ever done in Vancouver. Aside from being a huge amount of fun and incorporating some unworldly trails the trip entails some of the best scenery in the area. My guide, Bill's, enthusiasm was infectious and helped to safely push getting the maximum fun out of the routes and tailored the tour to my ability. Once the incredible standard of equipment provided and amazing individual customer service is considered this is insane value for money. Couldn't recommend more, you won't be disappointed whatever your ability!

Bill and I spoke over a few emails before heading off on the tour, he was quick to respond and happy to tailor the trip to my personal needs and experience levels. From the moment Bill picked me up in his truck (from Burnaby where I was staying), I felt immediately comfortable. He's a young, personable guy with a typically positive Canadian outlook on life! We stopped off at his bike shop downtown for a few minutes to pick up some gear before heading on the beautiful Sea to Sky Highway towards Mt. Garibaldi for the Full Nelson & Half Nelson trails. We spent a good 3-4 hours (give or take) riding, and Bill was accommodating the whole way, even putting up with my frustratingly slow pace in the climbs! The downhill's were fantastic and he really knows the trails well, taking me to untouched areas of BC I would have otherwise missed. The equipment was all fantastic too - damn near new Norco bikes, great selection of pads, helmets and gloves (and an unreal snackbox hidden in his truck!!). Overall the tour was brilliant - excellent value for money and genuinely one of the most fun experiences I've had on any holiday. Don't even think about going with another company and don't waste your money going to Whistler. If you fancy an awesome ride in great company and don't have upwards of $500 to splash out on Whistler - look no further!!!

Awesome time riding the North Shore with EcoRide! For those that don't know, the Vancouver North Shore is a world famous mountain biking area and riding it was a huge bucket list item for me. Communication from Jillian in the week leading up to the ride was superb. Her husband Bill took myself and another rider for some laps down Mt Seymour, could not have asked for a better guide! Bill's knowledge of the trails was excellent, he was spot on letting us know about the different lines to take based on our comfort and riding ability. I also deeply appriciated his flexibility in choosing either a route with lots of climbs, or to do a shuttle and get more downhill time. The Norco enduro bikes he provided were really fun, playful, and did well going up and down the trails. They were flexibile in both our starting time as well as total riding time, which we extended to a third lap because we were having such a blast. They cater to riders of all abilities and I am certain anyone who wants to get outside and be active in Vancouver would have an outstanding time with them. Again, North Shore Vancouver is world famous for mountain biking, take advantage of it with EcoRide!

If you're in Vancouver you need to contact EcoRide. Squamish definitely lives up to its reputation as a mountain bike destination. Bill is an awesome guide, a local who knows all the best riding and the best time to go. We scheduled on Saturday morning and had the trail all to ourselves for at least half the day. The bikes are awesome, I wish we had more Norco dealers in USA. I definitely recommend the bike insurance, take it from someone who caused potentially $800 CD in damage. Next time I'm in Vancouver I'll definitely be contacting EcoRide.

I always wanted to ride the north shore after seeing youtube videos in the early 2000's. The place lived up to it's reputation. But I was even more impressed with the Eco Ride experience. This wasn't your typical "paid guide" 3 hour tour, with restrictions and red tape. This was more like riding with your trail buddy. Bill was super accommodating. After assessing my skills on some of the easier trails he suggested we try some additional trails that he thought I could handle. Although I was initially skeptical, but his expert evaluation proved correct and he made the experience way better than I expected. He said up front there was no time limit, and we rode for about 5 hours. Definitely- without a doubt, the best $120 I spent in Vancouver. He would ride ahead and call out obstacles, which was helpful in unfamiliar terrain. He would also ride out far enough ahead of me to stop turn around and grab some pictures of me on the coolest areas. Completely unexpected and a really sweet added benefit. Pictures turned out great. The 2016 NorCo bikes were a dream to ride. As a testament to Bill's character, the bike I was originally fitted with was slightly small- totally rideable, but just one size smaller than I probably should have been on. He let me ride his personal Carbon Range C7.2 that fit me a little better. The whole lineup of bikes bike is a smoke shows! Locally built too. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the experience. I will definitely call Mountain Bike Vancouver the next time I'm in BC. You will not be disappointed by your experience with them. The North Shore is Beautiful and Eco Ride does a wonderful job highlighting recreation in paradise.

Whether you're a novice or a seasoned mountain biker, this an absolute MUST if you're visiting Vancouver. These guys are courteous, professional, and very accommodating. Forget your gear at home? No problem. They've got you covered with clean helmets, shin pads and even gloves. Their bikes are always the latest models and kept well-tuned. And don't worry about water or snacks, because they've got that too. They'll even pick you up in style from your hotel if you're in the Vancouver area. Coming from Ontario, I didn't have a lick of North Shore experience. Both Bill, the owner, and Andrew, a seasoned guide from Alberta, took turns patiently directing me through the technical stuff. Even the easier trails were a blast to ride, and the scenery was just beautiful. Nothing comes close to weaving your way through giant redwoods down the side of a mountain. Hands-down the best trail riding experience I've ever had.

My cousin and I have wanted to trail ride in Vancouver for a long time. Having made the trip from Philly, we sure were glad we picked EcoRide Vancouver. Bill & Jill from EcoRide made the experience memorable! The bikes they provided were fantastic. Well tuned and ready to go. We were picked up on time and dropped off so didn't have to worry about transportation. They even had water & snacks covered. We had so much fun that we decided to do an impromptu follow up ride two days later. Thanks guys, we had a blast!
