They clearly are knowledgeable and only do what is necessary. Swift service during lockdown when all other bike shops were only servicing bikes purchased at their stores. Took my daughter’s bike for check up today. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the service! Bob tuned up my commuter Trek hybrid bike so it rides like new. He took the time to explain things clearly. Most of my repairs were minor, but now my bike is much safer and faster. I called ahead to book an appointment, so that when I dropped off my bike he was ready to get started on it. Money and time well spent!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Union Street Cycle as my bike tire had suddenly gone flat after I arrived to work. Bob picked up and was knowledgeable with the questions I asked. He asked that I bring in the bike for him to check out and provided me possibilities of what may have happened. In person, Bob was very polite and gave me a sense of sincerity. He provided all prices upfront and was transparent.
In the end, when I went to pick up my bike, he stated that my bike tire was a bit old but the problem seemed to just be the inner tube and just replaced that. Would be back if I have any other future issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an internal gear hub from here and Bob gave me a really good price on it. Came back a week later to get a wheel laced to it, bob had quoted me as having it ready for that wednesday, but I ended up getting a call Monday afternoon that it was ready for pickup. Awesome and really relaxed staff. Will definitely be coming in again in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time at this business and had great experience during my visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. He explained to me how to change the tire tube. Recommended business for bike repair. Business was on Union Street but moved to East Georgia Street in Chinatown.
