I really appreciate having a local shop that carries the parts and can fix my various bikes without having to drive all over town for service.
N	Nathan Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the greatest board shop on the planet. I feel like a kid in a candy shop whenever I'm here. The staff are top notch and never pressure you to buy anything. Only ever shopped for boards, but most of the staff have been skating for a while so they have tons of experience/technical know-how. A real shame that I only discovered the hobby midway into 2020, looks like the shop used to have a super chill "hangout" setup complete with arcade machines and a half pipe. If you read this and decide to drop by, look for Reese and tell him Nathan sent you.

What they built me was the equivalent of a Lamborghini Urus on two wheels. Seriously, this thing is fast and rides & handles beyond my wildest expectation!!! The whole process from start to finish was seamless, easy, and pressure-free! Blake, Adrian & the team flawlessly executed the entire process from start to finish, and what came out was PERFECTION.

C	Colin N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this store a number of times for purchase and service of their AB 1 gravel bike and it's always been awesome! Today they managed to fit in 45 minutes to fix a broken derailleur without an appointment.
h	hector chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a bike made here and I can tell you it's awesome get me on my bike. I have go a single-speed bike but never got too far because it's Vancouver. I have some needs such as left side shifting and a stiff right foot from a traumatic brain injury that made me wonder if I will get back on my bike. I have ridden a recumbent bike but it's not the same. I started inquiring with Tilda about left shifter modification I could do. That was the longest step but necessary. I shopped around other stores but landyachtz was the store that put you on the bike instead of the opposite way around. I had a fit booked prior to that because I ride indoors most of the time. At the time, my bike was already built so I added work for them. Sorry about that! When I was my new bike day, I fell off because the seat was too high. I didn't notice anything wrong with and rolled off but apparently my rear shifter was bent. On the way home, my shifter was caught on the rear wheel and I tried to fixed it to no avail and actually made it worse. Blake was understanding replace my rear derailleur and spokes for free. Thanks to Tilda, Jonah, Mark M, Ryan and Blake for building the bike I will be riding hopefully a long time! I will be back and spreading the word!

L	Lou Anne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I’ve pick my bike up from Landyachtz after a tune up it is noticeably better, smoother, faster, funner. Excellent service, knowledgeable and communicative. They tuned and serviced my E-Bike with a quick turn over (In January, they are much busier in the summer). When I emailed about servicing they informed me upfront that they were only able to perform work on the mechanical components of the bike and cannot service any of the electrical systems. Gave me a quote the same day I dropped off my bike and began work once I confirmed I agreed to the work being done. Reasonable price for a tune up. I was thrilled when they gave me a loaner bike while mine was in the shop. I really enjoyed riding the Landyachtz bicycle ?. However, the bike seat hurt my butt! ? I think I’m getting too used to my phat cushy e-bike seat. I love supporting this local company!
