Waiting on my tune up appointment as summer + covid + travel restrictions = every bike shop is swamped. They were very clear about the wait times and seemed really knowledgeable. Might update after the trip and tune up

A truly unique and full-service bike shop with a fantastic offering: frame-building with full customization. If you have not been to Landyachtz Bikes, go check their store and product lineup. This is a bike shop run by real people who understand the needs of cyclists. Kudos to everyone in the store, but namely Adrian and Blake (if I knew the others’ names, they would be on this list as well). While my custom bike took longer than I would have liked, these guys all came through in the end and got me a loaner AB1 to fill the void. The staff and management definitely live by “client-centred” retailing.
Every time I went in the store, I was asked by no fewer than 3 people if I have been looked after. Blake, what else can I say? The guy figuratively and literally delivered (and during his family vacation). Seriously!
Keep up the great work!! We will spread the message through our bikepacking trips and pictures. Again, THANK YOU!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the best service I have ever had with a bike shop/ brand, and I don't even live in the same town. I entirely dealt with them on the phone and email, they were very polite and helpful. I have always wanted a steel gravel bike so I ordered there CB Mk2, have ridden it on road and gravel the last two weeks, and it has not disappointed, absolutely fantastic. Emailed them needing a small part, manager responded very quickly, literally within the day had tracking info and was on its way. can't speak highly enough about these guys. A plus is that you can support a local company. (B.C)
