★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great little shop with excellent customer service and bicycle mechanics who know what they are doing, especially with older steel-framed bicycles.
Dream Cycle is a busy and popular shop, but still charge very reasonable prices. Well recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt I am a happy customer. There was a squeaky noise in the bicycle pedal crank arm, I took my cycle to another repair shop, they were unable to fix it and they charged me for labour. The Dream Cycle charged me less money and permanently fixed it. These people are good and they know their work. They deserve 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called in to see if they had a back light for my bike that they could set aside for me. They said no problem. Went to the store, they didn’t know who I was or what I was talking about. They didn’t have the light and were very rude and condescending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever and I mean EVER buy a bicycle helmet here. When I brought the $150 bicycle helmet home, I discovered it was close to its expiration date. It had been manufactured 6 years previous. The intransigent owner refused to refund, exchange, or discount the item. Save yourself some grief and do not patronize this moribund business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys know their stuff. I had an extremely weird situation where I needed some very expert knowledge for a custom bike with a load of bespoke stuff on it. This is literally the only shop in Canada that would have the expertise and parts in stock to do what I was after. I also saw that whilst I was there a flurry of customers were dealt with in an extremely friendly and helpful way, from the "my thing is squeeky, can you fix" to "my girlfriend is looking at a custom built mixte". Fantastic shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went yesterday to fix my brakes, and the mechanic took it right away, and put a lot of attention in details. I had my bike ready in about 20 min. The price was fair. Best experience so far in Vancouver. Thanks to the tall blond mechanic guy.
