★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my rims here to get trued, this team is awesome, one of my rims was actually good and instead of sleeze charging me they were honest and told me didn't need to be done. Went here after another bike store told me all my rims were fubar and quoted me several hundred dollars to fix. Highly recommend. Thanks again RAD!

The thing I noticed immediately was how friendly and patient everyone was. They took me step by step through the buying process and I ended up purchasing my first bike, along with accompanying accessories. I was so impressed with their service, I returned to purchase another bike. It is now 18 months later and I have purchased 4 bicycles, 5 helmets, 4 sets of lights, countless bike locks, new sets of tires and other accessories. I even had my bikes tuned up and serviced a few times to perfection. What started out as an inquiry into the world of cycling has turned into a lifelong passion, thanks in large part to Dan, Richard and all the staff at R.A.D. Cycles. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure the customer is 100% completely satisfied. Whether you are an absolute newbie like I was or a seasoned professional rider, R.A.D. Cycles has you covered. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently my neighbourhood bike shop but I've been coming here even before I lived in the area and don't plan on switching if I move again. The staff is so friendly and helpful. In the off season they can usually get your bike done same or next day and when it's busy i've never had too long of a wait. Cherry on top is that they're super well priced

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here because of all the good reviews despite living in Richmond and they did not disappoint. I had my hybrid checked and serviced by them. All throughout the process they were transparent, helpful, fair and welcoming. It can be intimidating to walk into a bicycle shop as a newbie and but I didn't feel like that in their company. Now I know where to go.
