★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in randomly with a minor issue (a missing screw that had come loose during my ride nearby) and the guy working stopped what he was doing, took 5 minutes to put a new one in, tightened up the others, and sent me on my way after fixing the issue. So pleasant and helpful. Will absolutely be back the next time I need service or parts for my bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my rear brakes adjusted at a different bike shop (was cheaper and closer to home) and I'm guessing they didn't tighten my back wheel all the way while making adjustments. I didn't notice when I left the store until I went touring on the hilly gulf islands and my back wheel was rocking side to side while riding with all my gear uphill. I also dropped my bike and my handlebar was bent outta shape. T'was quite annoying.
I decided to come back to this shop, where I bought my bike, even though the prices for tune-ups and fixes are slightly more expensive. Let me tell you, it was well worth it.
Jamie greeted me at the door and was super helpful! He noticed the rear brake problem right away and also noted my chain needed a replacement (something I was going to ask about anyways!). He fixed all my concerns, tightened my front brakes (I didn't even know they were lose) and gave my bike a good clean. I was able to get my bike back within 24 hours and it felt basically brand new! Definitely appreciate the great service and expertise at this location.

The staff were so kind and really made me feel like a human, they didn't belittle me when I asked a host of questions about the tires I bought. I will definitely be back for all my repairs and bike related purchases. Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really impressed with the staff and level of service at Ride On. I had an older bike that I figured needed a serious overhaul but after taking a look the team at Ride On recommended some pretty straight forward and affordable maintenance. When they came across some issues we hadn't discussed they were quick to call, explain and make sure I was ok to move forward with the additional repairs. The bike now runs like new! I would highly recommend Ride On.

Great service...great people....extremely knowledgeable....great pricing......what more could you ask for....I know where I'm going from now on!!! Brought the bike in for a tune up and again 5 star service...I would highly recommend this place!!! Such a great experience!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service, they assessed my bike and were finished in a couple days. My bike was in pretty poor condition before, and it honestly feels like it’s brand new again for a surprisingly low cost, considering everything. Staff was friendly and super helpful, even offered to do a couple more things for me when I picked up my bike, free of charge. I’ll definitely be coming back if I need anything, as well as recommending the place to friends.
