My experience of the doctors and staff is that of a professional, efficient and caring organization (even when I see them in stressful circumstances). We've had excellent treatment and I highly recommend their services!

Excellent service and I especially like their support group for patients who have multiple acute illness . The doctors and Susan run the clinic effectively. Too bad, the pandemic has stopped the gatherings and Susan had retired.

I've had a few different doctors there as they move to different facilities or specialized areas.....however , each and every doctor has been absolutely excellent , providing top notch care. However, I sometimes find the reception quite dismissive and hard to communicate with. I understand that when working under stress, it’s easy to give up on good customer service practices, but being friendly, approachable, and professional is still an essential part and not at all impossible to achieve. I don’t normally leave reviews on Google, but the experience of dealing with the front desk at Mid-main really motivated me to write this down.

Their hygienists are professional and have been very helpful with their recommendations on better products to help me improve my oral care, without lecturing me. I'm grateful that they took a non-preachy approach and actually helped me make improvements. The dental work I've had done has been very good. The front desk has occasionally been disorganized on the phone. Hit and miss. But overall, I'd recommend this dental practice.
