The ordering process was smooth, and Vivian was incredibly kind, helpful and all around so amazing! They delivered it the same day and my friend adored her fresh peonies, thank you again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended!!! Order two arrangements for Mother's Day. The arrangements were beautiful and arrived in perfect conditions. The delivery man was very kind giving me instructions on how to care for them (although the instructions were written on the card). What makes it sweeter is that the dedication was written by hand, I always thought that handwriting makes the gifts more special ❤

I placed an order from Italy, I sent them some pictures of how I wanted the bouquet to be and they were able to satisfy all my requests: tha final result was amazing, great bouquet, handwritten card, kind staff. They guided me through how to order on the website and they allowed me to pay with paypal, which is very important if you want to avoid commissions. Best experience ever, I would recommend them to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is top notch with this flower shop. I was away and I need flowers delivered. I ordered flowers online during the weekend (their office is closed) to be delivered that Monday. Someone responded even they're closed. And, they made it happened and the feedback I got from the recipient was also very good. Thank you again.
Please make note, though. The flowers are great!!!
Keep up the good work. Rest assured, your shop is my go to flower shop now...
