★ ★ ★ ★ ★ disappointed with the quality of service provided. Did not feel like the representative listened to what I was saying and really rushed me thru the application process and pushed too hard to buy their own personal coaching service instead of going thru futurepreneur. Would not recommend

If I wanted to scam, it would be easier to do that and I would not like that at all. Please make your procedure more reliable and sustainable, in order to provide and give the best of you can! Much appreciated and thanks for your trust in our business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Futureprenuer has been a wonderful, supportive and efficient company to work with. Initially it was a little overwhelming the amount of information and documents you have to provide, but this is not unusual for a business loan (or any loan for that matter). We also applied for a bank loan, so knew that the process would be somewhat complex. Once we sent all our documents the communication from Futureprenuer was quick and they followed up asking for a few more documents to help them understand our business. They also accepted our financial spreadsheet in the format we created for the bank as it had all the information required (so we didn't have to re-do it with their template). I found the online portal simple to use and helpful in understanding the steps required. The loan approval process took about 2 weeks and they continued to keep us updated throughout. Then we were matched with a mentor, and again I felt very supported and was able to be transparent with this process. The company responded to any email I had within the day usually and if I called they actually answered the phone or got back to me within the day. Overall I've been incredibly impressed and have been very happy to work with this loan program! I recommend it, but also want people to understand that it does take work to get a loan and you can't blame the company for that!!!

I wonder, why?my company is already running and getting profit. Plus I have 3 employees.
