★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A part on my bike broke on my way into work, so I walked in to West Point Cycles in hopes of getting my bike repaired, knowing how busy all shops are with the fair weather riders, but Andrew helped me right away and had the issue resolved within a couple hours. I was totally impressed with the customer service, will come back for a full tune up.

I was pleasantly surprised by the true professionalism and kindness from Andrew and his team who took time to make sure it was perfectly installed.
From now on, this West Point Cycles place on 2nd street will be my go to bike store whenever I need anything.

I'm new to road bikes and want to get into it this season, so I headed to West Point Cycles on Main to ask some questions and get some advice. Joko was amazing - he listened to my descriptions of what I wanted the bike to do, made recommendations for bikes and explained his thoughts, answered all my questions, and took plenty of time to make sure the bike would be a good fit. It was a very confidence-inspiring experience and I felt very well looked after the entire time.
I walked away very happy with the bike that I chose, and I will be making West Point Cycles my bike store of choice from now on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't received customer service like this in a long time. Especially how tough it is for business's during this current climate. I purchased a pair of road shoes and within a week, felt that the sizing wasn't right for me.
West Point Cycles, not only refunded my costs, but paid for my shipping to return the product by mail. It was seamless and I was incredibly impressed they did this for me. The genuine care for customers to leave happy with the correct products, far exceeded my expectations. Thanks to all that work there. I wish you a great 2022 and will always recommend friends to visit you in Vancouver!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome bike store. I bought a bike here last year which has been great (including the free tune up) and I also brought my old bike in for a service. All the staff I’ve spoken with have been very knowledgeable, helpful and good at explaining things. I always enjoy my experience here and leave feeling happy. There are many bike stores in Mount Pleasant but in my opinion, this one is the best!

You'll have a hard time finding a more helpful and experienced group of people to help you make decisions that will only boost your enthusiasm for cycling.
Great selection of quality bikes and parts. I bought my first bike here and over a year and 4000 km later it still feels like new thanks to the experienced and knowledgeable team. Lots of businesses claim "customer first" but these guys are genuinely passionate about giving the customer the best cycling experience possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience. Great staff - knowledgeable and friendly. Good quality Trek bikes and a variety of trainers and accessories here. I recently purchased a trainer and road bike here and was really impressed by the whole customer experience. They took the time to walk me through the options and educate me while I was shopping - never felt any pressure to buy. They spent an equal amount of time getting me set up and fitted when I picked up the bike, and also got my wife fitted for the trainer. Follow up service has been amazing. Can't say enough good things about this shop - glad I discovered it.
