★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally, a grocery store for the 21st Century. I was very impressed to finally see the store in-person. I loved the produce, metal and glass straws, bulk soap, and grains. Keep up the good work. I'll try to donate some containers in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store; love their reduce pollution and plastic model... they take your cleaned jars and plastic containers (that can be washed in a dishwasher) and reuse them for packaging! However, some things are a bit too pricy. Perhaps offer an incentive / rewards program... if someone brings a jar, give them $0.25 off their bill. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super helpful staff. really eaay protocols for bringing and tare-ing your own glass and plastics for containers. wish they had masking tape/markers or grease pencils on hand for labeling. Super easy to bring my own next time. Great local shop, rad deli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love NADA! I love shopping here to reduce my plastic footprint, and filling up my own containers or free ones that they provide is super easy. Not only that, but they also have a great selection of healthy, whole food products and ingredients to suit my plant-based lifestyle! Prices are comparable to other stores too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a loyal customer at Nada for years but unfortunately I had to stop shopping there because they wouldn’t accept my container donations after 2pm. I was always working during their container drop off hours and I explained this to the staff but they still wouldn’t accept them. I didn’t see the point of coming to the store if I couldn’t re-use the containers as that’s the whole point of shopping there. Also almost every time I made an online order the staff forgot some of my items so I would have to come all the way back to the store. I did love shopping there but from the continuous issues that kept happening I had to bring my business somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being an eco warrior, I love the concept, ethics and good morales of this local modern edition, upscale and well maintained grocers. As well as groceries, they have a deli with fresh bread and baked goodies also.
I got a Too Good To Go haul, in which wasn't the biggest bundle of food compared to other grocers, but I managed to snag a fresh baked in-house whole sourdough bread loaf which was super yummy.
My complaint is the staff serving take literally ages to process one person's order and was very time consuming. When I got to the front of the line and showed my order, I got a very confused look and then the attendant just seemed to disappear completely. I then waited for another member of staff who was on the phone and didn't even exchange a look or word with me, as well as just putting putting card machine in front of my face for my extra groceries without even telling me the price. She then also looked confused at the order and told me it wasn't ready so I had to wait another ten minutes whilst they made up the order.

Such a cool place. You can bring in your containers and they will sanitize and reuse.
