A great little place to find all sorts of stuff. Great fresh veggies (especially interesting selection of mushrooms), noodles, Kimchi, snacks, sauces, etc. Anyone who loves to cook should shop here because it will inspire to you to create.

it was my first time. I asked a lady what do you have for a drink? she offered me coke. I said to her is it because I am not Korean or Japanese, you offered Coke? you are only racist if you are white. that's racist. anyway I bought a six fortune orange juice. it is a busy place. I will go back and spend more time.

If you are looking for high quality groceries at affordable prices, this is the place! Quaint little market with friendly service. Their produce is always fresh (best oranges in the city somehow) and the reduced produce item packs are a steal. They have a butcher on site and their meat selection is substantial and fresh. Be sure to get the home made kimchi and ramen noodles!

Spreading COVID misinformation!! I have been shopping here for the last 4 yrs, and the other day I noticed this newspaper clipping posted near their kimchi fridge. The article basically suggests you can cure COVID with kimchi!! So, I asked the manager (Grace?) to take it down, and she said she had to get the approval of the owner “Big Grandma” (Halmony), since she presumably put it up. I told her I will not shop here again unless they take it down soon. I came back today, it’s still there, so I walked out. I am NEVER coming back. COVID has killed millions around the world, and it’s offensive for someone to suggest that it can be treated with diet. Google should ensure businesses like these are excluded from their search results.

I used to come here once a week for all my favorite groceries, like organic soba noodles, very fresh mackerel, roasted yam, and Korean sushi. The price is reasonable and the quality is always good. Since last May, I have only visited once. Because the store is really small, it is hard to keep socially distanced, especially they do not limit the number of people in the store. Also, I could not find any sanitizing stations. The staff always look very serious. Anyway, if you are looking for quality produce at great prices, this is your place.

I love going to this store for Korean ingredients. Their meat selection is great too. Among their ready to eat foods, I really love Takoyaki. It's well made. The cashiers are nice and friendly. The only thing I don't like is how cramped and small the aisles are.

My Japanese recommended this place for Japanese groceries because the prices are better than other Japanese markets. Although the shelves for seaweed and most other items are full of interesting choices, but since I can't read Korean or Japanese, it is near impossible for me to identify which items to buy. Even so, I shop here regularly for the wild rice. Recently, I found Gaba rice – it is so delicious! I also like their vacuum packed wild Chilean prawns. Surprisingly, they also have Stokes purple yam!
