★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service! Josh Sanford is a fantastic salesman and he knows his products well. I purchased a Super73 in early April and Josh and I still communicate to this day. The original bike I purchased had a problem with the brakes (not Vintage Iron’s fault) and instead of trying to get replacement parts in (which would mean I would have to wait 2-3 weeks) Josh decided to give me a whole new bike! He represents everything good in a salesman and if you are looking for an electric bike or scooter and want a fantastic, chill, and hassle-free experience look no further than Vintage Iron Cycles and North49Brands!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment I arrived at Vintage Iron I knew things were going to be good. Had been contemplating a bike for a few months and finally decided to head down there and check them out. They were having a meet-up so before I even tried out the bike I had a hotdog and beer in hand and was chatting with a bunch of the friendliest people I’ve met in Vancouver. After my 5-min test ride I was sold and have been enjoying Vancouver all the more ever since.
Free service for a year after you buy which is incredible.
Love this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a bike friend passed along the Vintage Iron website to me I'd perused their great looking array of bikes numerous times online. This store tends towards higher-end ebikes with unique style, not the lowest common denominator. I went in with interest in a Super 73, but after test riding one of them found it wasn't quite what I was after. Josh from Vintage Iron suggested trying a Synergy Kahuna as well and I found that to be a much better fit for what I was looking for. Sales experience was extremely un-pressured, I've been happy with the company's responsiveness and my new bike is fantastic. They have locations in Vancouver and have just opened in Calgary and they are a distributor for the Synergy brand elsewhere in North America. Worth checking out if you are after a unique eBike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely happy with my beautiful Ruffian. Ryan was a great help. He gave me lots of information, let me have test rides on different bikes, and there was no pressure to buy. I’ve been in many different stores before I came here. The biggest different from Vintage Iron E-Cycles and others are that they love what they’re doing; they’re super knowledgeable, and they have a great costumer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here looking for information on some E-Bike for my Dad, as a Father's Day Gift. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service we received. Ryan (Store Manager) was truly amazing, he spend the time with my dad and I explaining everything about the bike, helping us make a decision and getting us the exact bike my dad wanted. The service we received is by far the best we have ever had. Ryan was professional and extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he has a passion for his work. Even after the sale we had some questions and he always took the time to help answer those questions and get the most out of our Bike. I would highly recommend you go talk to Ryan if you are in the market for a Bike. Thanks for making this a unforgettable experience!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a decision to go check out this bike shop when it popped up when searching ebikes online…didn’t know such cool designs were even available…was pretty much sold on a retro model but couldn’t really see it being a daily commuter that was needed…long story short I ended up buying two to satisfy both the needs …best part for me there was absolutely no sales pressure either way…just an honest description of the pros and cons of each model and was left to make a decision without pressure either way. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to salesmanship. Thanks Josh for making this a good day for both of us!
