★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good building. I love my unit it’s narrow but long with a patio in the light well. There is tons of storage in the units and perfect fit for myself. The only thing that I’m slightly bothered with is that the fire alarm goes off quite frequently and I have noticed sometimes when I open my oven my personal alarm goes off as well. Other than that, the building maintenance is efficient and a nice younger crowd of renters. Tons to do in the area and a beautiful sunset on the roof patio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for a year now and it really fits my needs. Apartment is in a safer/quieter area of Chinatown with lots of nearby cafes, restaurants, and shops. Each unit has modern fixtures and appliances, with overall layout maximizing floor space and utility. Pricing includes use of gym, rooftop gardens and communal space, bike storage, high-speed internet, and often fully-furnished apartments. Parking garage is nearby with reasonable monthly rates. Building management is responsive and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have lived here together since August 2021, and me personally since August of 2019! The unit is thoughtfully designed to maximize storage, the appliances are all name brand and have had no issues, and overall the building is quite clean and well maintained. Marion and Laetitia from head office are communicative and responsive to any updates and inquiries. I do have to make note of the fire alarms going off from time-to-time, which can be an annoyance, but hey, at least I know they work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well-designed sleek studio units with ample storage, great lighting and fantastic amenities such as: gym, bike storage and cleaning station, rooftop with BBQ, seating and garden plots. Management has been very respectful, reasonable and timely with my requests. Close to many delicious restaurants in Chinatown and both Main Street Science World and Stadium-Chinatown stations.
