★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for just over a year. Perfect location and a very well-managed building. Accessibility to bike paths, restaurants and other shopping in the area.
Landlord was very responsive to any issues/concerns that came up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved living in this building! Everything was great, never had any issues! The landlord (Dave) was always very easy to get ahold of and very kind! It was my first time renting an apartment and he walked me through all of the contracts and made sure I understood! Would rent from him again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building manager and landlord are very professional and handle any issues promptly. Despite being just off Hastings, the building is clean and units well priced, neighbours are friendly, and views from the shared roof are incredible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Brixton Flats for over a year and had a great experience living there.
Here are a few of the points that stood out to me compared to other buildings:
-Spacious rooms and and bedrooms (a rarity in Vancouver’s newer buildings)
-Pet friendly
-2 elevators servicing 6 floors making the waiting time minimal compared to other places
-A common rooftop patio area with beautiful views of the mountains and downtown
-Great restaurants a few minutes walk away, including vegetarian and vegan food options (Kokomo, Umaluma, Vegan Supply...)
-A friendly and responsive property manager

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved in this building about 3 months ago at the time of writing this review.
We started visiting prospect apartments when my wife and I learned that the house we shared was to be demolished. We were not planning to move but we wanted to see what Vancouver had to offer since we were new to this city.
When we visited the building we fell in love with the general vibe we got from the place. Everything is well designed to make the best use of every inch so even if we have a fairly small studio apartment, we don't feel like we are living in a box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we lived at Brixton Flats for a year and really appreciate the spacious apartment, the easy access to everything downtown has to offer. The food around the the neighborhood is great and the location gave us easy access to cycling routes. The apartment was modern, clean and well run. Dave was responsive to our questions and issues and acted on issues quickly to resolve them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love love loved living in Brixton Flats! We were there for over a year and the building was always clean and well kept (especially during covid). Dave was hands down the best building manager we’ve ever had - always friendly and quick to reply when we reached out! He made sure the building was clean and safe for the tenants. The rooftop patio with a communal bbq is stunning and there are tons of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby?
