★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faydra and her team, Gary and Courtney at NationWide Self Storage are fantastic! I have been using self-storage and the UPS drop off and pick up for a year now and the customer service is awesome, they are extremely helpful and always willing to go that extra. I highly recommend using Nationwide for storage and if you ever need to do package drop off and pick up services.

Courtney helped me a secure a spot perfect for my needs, and the process was seamless. I feel great about my visit today and it had everything to do with how well everything was explained in detail by Courtney and the other woman working. So thank you!

When I got there, Kaitlyn was really helpful as well and even stayed after her shift was finished to help me out! Accessibility to the unit is unique and I feel my belongings are in good hands!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was helped by Gaihrhreaux (Sp? Pronounced "Gary") and Faydra when I started renting a locker here, and they were both amazing. I actually lost my wallet and both of them were very on top of helping me find it, even reviewing security footage (which must have been time consuming). The storage space is super clean, temperature controlled and well-priced for the location. High-tech devices make coming and going a breeze but it also means your property's security is always at the whim of the staff here. My only feedback would be adding multi-factor authentication and the option for a physical lock to ensure that even staff need a tenant's permission to open their unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is not current as my storage rental ended by Mar 1, 2022. However it is still relevant. Last summer I found I was going to need storage quickly due to changes with my housing situation. Money was tight and options were not pleasing. I contacted quite a few self storage locations but was hesitate to commit. I made a tentative appointment with Nationwide on East Pender as it was new and convenient to my home. Once I spoke in person to Faydra, I knew I had found the right place. She was was not only knowledgeable, but helpful and empathic. The units are wonderfully clean, the security system excellent, the service from her and her staff always positive and the prices were fair. My 4 months turned into 7 and the experience has convinced me that short term or long term storage is well worth it if implemented by Faydra and her staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our company only needed to rent storage for a couple of months while we moved, but the experience has been great. The premises are clean, well lit, and safe. Faydra and her team were great to work with. And their electronic app system is fantastic! No keys to lose or return. I'd recommend the East Pender location to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a year of using NationWide, I highly recommend their team, units, and digital access system to anyone looking for a new storage solution.
You can count on the entire team to be exceptionally supportive. We needed to upgrade to a larger unit and obtain storage racks for the unit, and the staff made these processes incredibly easy.
At our organization, multiple staff need frequent access to our unit, and the app access to the building and unit is way more convenient than navigating physical keys.
The main office has a water cooler and sells a variety of useful packing supplies. Truly the nicest storage unit I've ever experienced, and after storing here, I will not go anywhere else for personal or professional use.
