Called them a few months ago for a move and Will was the one who answer the call and he was very professional super kind, I got a few people who was fantastic, the one mover I can remember who made sure things where handle safely and made sure things got in and out without a scratch name caesar, great leadership and really funny guy. if you have that mover hell make sure things will be done quick and safe. Best moving company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have love to give these guys 5 stars, they showed up on time and they were friendly, professional and quite fast but then suddenly, they got very slow, so much that we became concerned. I later joked and said “good thing you don’t have another move to do” and they replied they did but it got re-scheduled, I think that’s when everything slowed down. 3 movers at first and then another one came at destination.
We got charged almost twice the quote I was given, it took 7.5 hours, I was told “definitely under $900” well that didn’t happen.
We moved all the fragile, odd items ourselves the day before (we did 3 trips in 2 cars) so it was furniture and boxes, a 2bd apartment with 2 doors that opens into the lobby, no elevator or stairs.
The new location has 6 stairs, I still don’t know why it took 7.5 hours (7 min drive between each place) we were also charged travel time which I was told was included in the “under $900 for sure”
No receipt with breakdown. I’m still upset about it. I choose these guys because I was given other quotes of $1200 around 6 hours with other companies, we paid even more than that.
Many companies told us $120/hour plus travel, these guys charged us $165/hour plus travel.
My friends moved with a different company from a large house to another larger house much farther away with way more stuff, stairs up and down, larger truck, 4 movers in 5 hours at $967, go figure.
I would recommend them because they were friendly and I want to support a local company of East Van but I feel like we got taken advantage of.

Unfortunately, we booked weeks ago for a move today and unfortunately, the owner has no recollection of our phone call or our appointment. We have packed and have been waiting, calling numerous times, to finally have someone pick up and to not even apologize or even an attempt to remedy the situation. Absolutely horrible customer service, we were recommended this company through our personal networks, but please beware. This has ruined our moving and holiday plans.

Just wanted to let you know you have some good guys there the day we got Mugsy and his crew on our Videomatica move after 48 years in Kits to 16 E Broadway (or E Kits, as the area is also known as.)
They handled those couple of big pieces and the door removal required at our new place no problem, along with everything else we moved.
Took a little longer than we thought it would, but at our end we were all surprised by the volume of boxed stuff we ended up having to move.
I’m only sorry I forgot to pick up that 6 pack I meant to get for them!
If there’s a next time, we’ll certainly come back to you. Keep these guys around! :-)
