Their communication was very effective and clear via emails and text messages. Jessica was always available to answer my questions. Ty and his team did a fantastic job on the move day and alleviated our stress during the move. There were no damages to our stuff, and the newly painted walls in our condo are intact!
We strongly recommend Home Run Movers to anyone looking for very professional and competent movers in Lower Mainland!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Set up of the move was a breeze, just a quick video chat to get a quote.
Upon day of the move the movers were late however when they arrived they were courteous and very fast (10/10 on the two guys that came). We contacted the company when it was past the arrival time they helped out and let us know what was going on even though we were pretty stressed and not the most polite. I would very much recommend this company on any future moves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ty and his team at Home Run were terrific! We had a complicated move including an apartment, a garage at a different location, and a ferry to Vancouver Island. They hustled but also took good care of our belongings. The quote was very accurate - which is something I've heard can be an issue with other movers. I would use them again in a heartbeat, except that I never want to move again. Instead I recommend them highly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used home run movers for four moves now and each time I've been extremely impressed by Ty and his team. They even moved me across town in a snow storm a few years back! They are professional and great at what they do. I really appreciate that they take the time to get all the details about your move prior to the day. Their events coordinator Jessica was great to deal with as well. Highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Home Run Movers twice in less than 6 months to do two full moves - one from a condo with complicated access and one from a loft to a house. The best part about hiring Home Run Movers was working with Ty (the owner) because he is super personable and professional and takes care of the most important part of moving -- handling and moving your belongings with care. He does this so well and at the same time moves extremely fast and gets the job done quickly. I am sitting in my living room right now with my feet up thanks to Ty and his crew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy they squeezed our move in on short notice (4 days) and the boss himself (Ty) came with 2 other movers. The move was efficient and our possessions handled with care. (They brought all the equipment for the move) They took everything to our storage spot and neatly packed it all in.
The only minor complaint was they quoted a price for two movers but then brought three (which was good) and the unit price increased.
We would love to use them again when we move to our new home in a month or so. Thanks for helping us!
