★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my '06 F-150 to Pacific Alignment after reading several positive reviews on the transparency, timeliness, & good work performed by the guys at this shop. In all respects they met or exceeded my expectations.
Today they did a wheel alignment & replaced an outer tie rod end as well. I asked Shayne about my front suspension & he advised me that it didn't require work at this point. I brought the truck in first thing in the morning & then worked in a café down the street while waiting; I got the call that my truck was done 2 hours later, & not a minute more.
Since I use my truck for work, time in the shop is downtime & I really appreciate it when mechanics get the truck in & out efficiently. There's a noticeable improvement in the steering & handling now, & I thought the price was very fair. I've already recommended Pacific Alignment to a friend & I'll definitely consider them my go-to shop for steering & suspension work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't normally write reviews, but my interaction with Pacific Alignment rubbed me the wrong way. I called to inquire on some rust repair for my 1968 ford trucks frame. I explained there was definitely a lot surface rust, but wasn't sure if there was any significant damage. The guy that answered the phone cut me off and said to call him back when I figure it out. I was hoping to get my truck in and have them take a look and tell me if there was any significant damage, and fix the surface rust at a minimum. They have lots of good reviews, so maybe I caught him on a bad day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bring my cars and recommend people to Pacific Alignment. Recently 2020 GLE53 after dealer did a $360 alignment part of Service B. Steering wheel still crooked going down the straight. After bringing the car to Pacific Alignment drives nice and straightforward. Don’t brother going other place even the dealerships just go to Pacific Alignment.

They accessed a slightly bent lower control arm after an icy run in with a curb and was able to do an alignment when other shops couldn't. I would definitely recommended their shop to family and friends. Thanks Shayne!

After getting ripped off by the infamous Canadian Tire on a botched alignment job, I was beginning to wonder what was happening with my vehicle.
Pacific put in the time and patience to get it done perfectly right. And then there was this nice gentleman who went out for a quick spin to ensure it handled correctly.
It's been 2 weeks since, she still drives like a champ.
