★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a Kal Tire customer for many years and have purchase several sets of tires.... Kal Tire continues to provide what few do... 'good customer service'. Anyone can sell tires... it is their great customer service that sets them apart. The Brooksbank North Vancouver location is exceptional, in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful. I believe there was a technician named Isaac that was very thorough when I came in with a manufacturer defect on one of my tires. Also when I dropped off my vehicle for seasonal tire change , this branch was quick and efficient. I cannot praise these people enough. Will definitely make a point of coming here from now on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kal Tire on Brooksbank Avenue has been my go to location for all my summer and winter tires and services for many years.
The sales team are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and the service team always performs a job well done with my vehicle.
On my most recent visit for a seasonal tire swap, I inquired about aluminum wheels for my vehicle. William Lin took the time to go over my options and explained everything to me. This information will help me to make a well informed decision going forward.
Thanks for the great service, I look forward to my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer Service! I usually have my seasonal tires swapped out here.But during this snowy season with all the large potholes one of my tires were losing air. I was able to have Issac check it and filled it back up so I can be on my way. Issac was very efficient and and gave me great service! Again I can count on Kal tire to look after me! I appreciate the service at this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never felt so ripped off. I called making an appointment due to a cracked valve. I had diagnosed the problem myself earlier in the day. Dropped it my car off explained again that it was a cracked valve that was the problem. I received a call later in the day saying that they were not able to repair the valve because the tread on the tire was too low and that I would need to purchase new tires. Understanding the problem, I agreed to two new tires. Fast forward a week later. Wasn't able to drive my due to the snow storm. I get a flat tire on one of my new tires. Drove it back, They fill the tire. spray the valve and sure enough its cracked. Look back at the notes on my prior appointment, nothing about replacing the valve. THAT I CALLED AND TOLD THEM NEEDED TO BE CHANGED. Sure enough I was out another $60 on top of the $300 for new tires.
While I was waiting someone had the same incident as me. Brand new tires, had to come back due to a cracked valve. Given the same explanation I was.
Garbage customer service. Apparently I was in the wrong the whole time according to lady. They don't normally check the valves. Even if you ask them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for new tires. Initial appointment went well, on time, friendly service.
One day later one of the tires was leaking. I booked another appointment and was told the valve was leaking, not the tire and that the valve needed to be replaced. I was also told that the valve was not touched during the tire change, "this could happen anytime" and "it's not our fault." Pretty convenient coincidence considering the valve was fine before the tire change. This time the appointment took an extra 90 minutes instead of 30, which I was initially told. I paid in full and was not given a discount or reasonable explanation.
I also witnessed two other unhappy customers while in the store.
Later that day my car is now telling me that I have a Tire Pressure Monitoring System issue. I expect it's from the work that was done to replace the valve.
I will not return to Kal Tire. This was a terrible experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, the people working there were really nice and helpful. They fixed my tire no problem, there was a screw in it. I was a bit surprised that it cost 44$ for a simple tire repair. I'm not sure why its so expensive or if this is average for all tire repairs. I would have given 5 stars if the service was cheaper. Overall my tire was fixed in an hour max which was great.
