★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 2012 Mazda 5 with many kilometres stopped working so we had the car towed to Crown Tech. They diagnosed a faulty transmission controller but Mazda's very high new part price made the repair too expensive. I was able to locate a used part from a wrecking yard and Crown Tech installed it and the car has operated normally since then. We used them since then for services that included brakes pads on another car, snow/summer tire exchanges and oil changes. Satisfied each time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience and service. my wife took her car here for a basic service and oil change and they wanted a surcharge for a "factory inspection" and insisted brake fluid needed to be changed despite telling them it had been done at the last service interval (6 month prior). When confronted by a male they backed down and said they thought brake fluid needed to be changed because the outside of the reservoir was dirty (shocking... dusty inside an engine bay) but the fluid was actually fine. Inspection surcharge was dropped but clearly not even a basic inspection was done: tire pressure low, wiper fluid low, no report on brake/tire wear. Will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amir is great, he is very kind and straight-up about what needs to be fixed *right now*, what can wait to be fixed, etc. I definitely feel like I can trust his judgement and be sure that any repairs/changes that he recommends are necessary. He takes the time to explain the reasoning behind necessary repairs/show you what the problem is, which is great. I definitely recommend Crown Tech Automotive for car repairs (I have a 1998 Delica).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is fantastic! I went in for snow tires and an oil change. Amir gave me a great price on the oil and labour, also did a full inspection at the same time! I went in to pick my car up and harry the mechanic there was super helpful, I asked so questions about my car and he was happy to answer. Thanks guys for the great service, I’ll be back again!
