E	Eric Morrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a seasonal tire change awhile back and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and the price was fair and reasonable. Best of all, they didn't try to rip me off, upsell, or solicit services that I didn't need. I have tried to find a place that I can trust not to be crooked for awhile now and I'm excited to say that I think I've finally found it.

He is a really honest guy and I have never been overcharged, his predecessor rebuilt a set of triple carbs for one of my collector cars and they are still doing great 17 years later! His shop is one of the busiest for a good reason........people keep coming back!

Instead I went on a recommendation to this shop and ended up having to pay another shop to fix their mistakes. I took my completely stock, low mileage Ford Focus there to have my exhaust flex pipe replaced. They tried unsuccessfully twice to stop the noisy exhaust. After I tried booking it in the third time I was told to come back several days later since they clearly had more important revenue generating jobs that took priority over their prior botched attempts. Dismissive owner and half-assed repairs are not what I'm wasting my hard-earned money on. I gave them a few tries to make things better, but continuously they let me down. Only reason why I went there was because they are somewhat close to my workplace. I've since found a more reputable shop that fixes issues the first time. UPDATE: Since placing this review, owner has offered to refund cost of repairs done by other shop. I have respectfully declined the offer

You can trust them that the work they tell you they need to do (or don't need to do) is what you really need, and they'll give you a fair price for it. They changed my front brakes a few months ago and it was quick and affordable. A few months later I asked them to change the rear brakes, and they called to let me know that they didn't need to be changed yet. I appreciated the honesty, knowing they could have gone ahead and changed them and I wouldn't have know any different. Saved me time and money!

Their rates are competitive and most of all I feel that we will never be overcharged for unnecessary work. WE trust them to take care of what's necessary and do good work when required. They are also ready to help in urgent situations as much as their schedule allows. We have recommended them to our friends and family often.
