D	David Lowy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy tires from these clowns or any car service Just wasted 90 minutes waiting for tire rotation to have them tell me you don't need a tire rotation. Yes well there new only 12k but they need rotated. These guys don't know anything, I've dealt with many dealers. This is the worst. I'll go back to Costco to buy tires everytime now!!! Amateur hour, take it anywhere else.
N	N N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the self check out line around 2:45pm yesterday on Monday, May 2nd. The self checkout till that I went to had a screen that was black. The lady that worked at the end of the check out line area than started rudely yelling at me to hit scan repeatedly. I touched the screen and then it turned on but it was in Chinese. I started to walk to the next self check out till but that same lady than walked over and yelled at me ‘What’s the problem?!’ I said it was in Chinese. She was so extremely rude and made me feel so uncomfortable that I had to call in to speak to the floor manager after leaving to address what happened. She said she would speak to her and apologized for that lady’s behaviour. I hope she did because nobody like that should be working in customer service and should treat customers that way. Completely unprofessional and shouldn’t make paying customers feel like a burden especially when the customer is self serving them self in the self check out line
R	Rustom Burjorjee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's Canadian tire. They have a great selection of stuff at a great price. Anything outsyidr of that just sucks. Their store is so confusingly laid out like it has to be an treasure hunt every time I'm here. Staff are almost always unavailable to help and are usually unwilling to show you where things are. I try looking at their slow clunky website before hand, so at least I can guess where the item is, but this is usually inaccurate and never shows the real quantity. Came in to pick up 3 things yesterday, noted the items and isles they were in, should've been quick right. Took me 45 minutes, items were definitely not where it said it was online one was out of stock but had 62 units online ??. Staff misdirected me 3 times found 2 items after a real scavenger hunt. I really hate this place but two stars for their Inventory selection. Rona, and home Depot are light years ahead of this place.if I had a real choice because of where I live I would avoid this place like the plague, but it it's what it is. Their curbside pick up is good and recommend using it.

Luckily I am a person who looks at BB dates because tonight I found a pet item, actually 3 to be exact, on the shelf WAY past expiry. One was dated Jan 2021 and the other 2 were Nov 2021. I would highly suggest you check ANYTHING that has an expiry date human or pet for your safety. Was thanked by the lady whose department it was and she immediately went to double check them all again. Manager acknowledged my complaint but I didn't feel like he really cared. This is at about 8:30 pm March 15, 2022.

On Dec. 7 I got a call that my order is not available anymore in this store and they have to cancel my order. Very nice. Thank you for good Christmas mood this year. Update for Jan. 05: I still didn't get my money back, though I was told about 5-7 business days.
J	JG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experiences only at this store, so far. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Stock isn’t always the best, but every store has struggled with stocking items during the pandemic. I wish that they had a better indoor plant selection and outdoor seasonal garden centre. There is a huge opportunity for this location, as competitors nearby don’t have great stock or service. If I need a plant, I’ll usually drive to Bentall, which has an amazing selection, but it’s much further away.

I spoke to a Sales Rep (think the name was Essie?) and they only had a couple left but he gave me a perfect description and put 2 aside for me to look at. I was so pleased at the products and bought one.. Last night I had a better sleep on that air mattress then the hugely expensive one I bought (and have just returned back to) Sleep Country. It also feels very good in Canadian Tire = so much product and so well displayed - THANKS
