★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy coffee spot in North Van. You can smelled the amazing roasted coffee from the sidewalk outside before you enter the shop. The baked treats looked delicious. I had the flakey butter croissant. My friend had the chocolate croissant and lemon ginger cookie. The Thomas Haas hot chocolate and latte drinks were perfect on a cooler rainy day. Free 15 min parking out front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an awesome place. Very friendly service. So knowledgeable about their beans. Lots of variety of beans available in different roasts. A free coffee with every bag of beans bought!! They even offer their burlap bean bags for free when they have a surplas. The croissants are delicious. Check them out. Their swag is pretty cool as well.

Coffee there was delicious and I knew it had a great rep.
It’s was a little out of the way but I knew I would return some day
I go to coffee shops a lot,
I love the vibe of a coffee shop, to chill and to people watch,hower my morning coffee sucked and morning is when you need a GOOD cup of coffee
I went to Canadian tire and bought myself a $200 espresso machine, bought some caramel so I can make caramel macchiato’s.
I read the manual and watched the video, I was all set up,
all I needed was some coffee,
suddenly I remembered my experience at Moja
I got there and lined up
(it was a small line)
I ordered a number three grind house espresso
The barrister said I get a free coffee with that, I mentioned that I had my caffeine fill for the AM. for and so he poured me a decaffeinated macchiato,
it was absolutely delicious, creamy,rich,perfect boldness,
I don’t remember decaf tasting so good ,
I bought a pound of espresso and 1 pound of decaffeinated espresso
Anybody can get a job anywhere but I am certain today that everybody who works at Moja loves coffee and loves his product, I am a fan, check it out, you won’t be disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never a disappointing cup of coffee at Moja. At other cafes you can get a range of bad to great coffee but here, it's always good to "drink first cup and grab another to go" great.
They put similar care and effort into their pastry program.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to grab a coffee or snack. 1 star review because if you don't leave a tip, be prepared for some massive attitude. I guess the staff aren't being treated fairly or well by management, or being compensated accordingly? I assume that the pricing would indicate the staff were paid above minimum wage. In any event, these are not things I should be thinking about while ordering coffee. Just want a nice a latte and go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cute and small local coffee shop. Had the pistachio croissant and iced americano. It was incredible to see behind the tainted glass there was a large kitchen! Seems like they make all there bake goods locally - which I love. The staff is super friendly. Will definitely try to stop by more often on my way to work!

A great place with unique coffee that does not taste like what you find in chain coffee shops.
The location is not very eye-catching and you don't expect to get such a great coffee here.
people however are not the friendliest here.
