★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So unprofessional. Residential metal stairs project is too small for JFC Steel Ltd but receptionist Tracy is very nice and responsive. Project manager doesn’t show up on site as scheduled and confirmed by email. Quote received quick though incomplete but project management staff don’t respond well to phone calls or emails.
