★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don't write negative reviews about small businesses, but both myself and my partner have had multiple negative experiences at this bike shop. Staff haven't seemed very knowledgeable about products, I've gotten surprised by gigantic bike repair charges, and the bike mechanics have come across as condescending at times. I'm sure the staff are great as individuals and I've also encountered some very helpful and friendly people working here, but on the whole, this shop has often seemed disorganized, poorly ran, and frustrating to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a 2021 Norco Sight at Norco North Shore and It wouldn’t have been possible without the help from Rob Deimann - Sales manager. Upon my first visit he went through a very detailed analysis of what type of rider I am and which bike would be best suited for me. At these times it is so hard to buy a new bike due to COVID but he was relentless in his search to help me find one. Even though the bike was not available at his store he was able to reach out to his Norco Rep and put a dream build together for me with an upgraded fork while still honouring my price point. This was exceptional service and I would highly recommend anyone to see him for purchasing a new bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked out Charger HT Vlt (one-of-a-kind navy blue) and Brad was super nice, energetic, positive, and helpful, when he told me they can assemble a fresh blue ht Vlt out of the box for me I got really excited. Nice selection of ebikes, Fluid with its radioactive green, definitely more creative colours than competition, going back in two weeks to purchase ⚡? ?

Each and everytime, my bike comes back in excellent working condition, and I find the cost of repairs to be very fair. Thank you to the mechanics for the quick, and on point repairs that you do. The faster I'm back on the trails, the happier I am, and you have done an incredible job. Would 100% recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so impressed with the service. The staff understood that my son was ultra anxious for his new bike. We purchased it and it arrived within a week. They called, like they said they would, to let my son know the bike arrived. Then they built it within a couple of days which was faster than anticipated. Super impressed with the service and knowledge from the staff!
