★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in my ebike (that I didn't purchase from Obsession) into the shop after it refused to turn on. The mechanic was super nice and I grabbed a beer while he looked at it. Despite his best effort the problem wasn't able to be solved but he spent at least 45 minutes trying to figure it out. He gave me some suggestions and it was all free of charge. Super happy with the service despite no solution. The store was very clean with good selection and everyone was very nice! ☺

They've been so great helping me with my new e-bike and I could not be more impressed with a staff if I tried. Don't even think about going anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend Obsession enough. I have spinal and mobility issues and hadn't ridden a bike in 12 years. James, Kristian, Allistair, and everyone else on the staff have spent hours and hours helping me determine if, and what type, of bike I could ultimately ride, then countless more hours setting it up and adjusting it as I became more and more proficient on the bike. The staff at both their main shop and the e-bike shop have been nothing but warm and welcoming, helping to fix issues on my wife's bike that was purchased elsewhere to allowing our son to try on every helmet in the store before choosing one to go with his scooter. An amazing shop!

The bikes here are definitely excellent quality bikes, and are all serviceable by them which is awesome! I heard that Obsession Bikes has great customer service and I can now attest to it myself. I called their e-Bike location and spoke to Ed on the phone to ask him about the bikes they had in stock, and the ones they'll be getting in shortly. At this time, they didn't have the Trek bike I was looking for but, hey, bikes are hard to come by these days. However, I believe that customer service begins on the phone; it has a direct impact on the reflection of the company in the perspective buyer's mind. I would, without a doubt, buy a bike from Obsession Bikes knowing I'd be served well and not just at the point of purchase, but for years after.
Thanks Ed for your brilliant service. Rare indeed!

I wanted to change the handlebars on my bike, which I bought elsewhere, and they did it quickly and efficiently. It was a perfect solution. My next bike will definitely be one of theirs!
