★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an oil change and asked them to to also change my air filter and they also charged me $5 for a top up for windshield washer fluid and I checked car today and they didn’t even fill it, checked my oil and it’s dirty I called them and told them I will be coming in and I also want to see that they put in a brand new air filter! Terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I went there only for an oil change and the people there broke the air filter and didn't told me. My car was leaking all this time and I didn't knew why, until I took my car to a revision they told me and I saw the problem was this experience and their terrible professionalism.
DONT GO THERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my go-to shop. A few years ago, I visited to get a rattle coming from the exhaust system looked at. I was told that I needed a new catalytic converter because there was a piece rattling loose in there that could damage the whole system if not looked at quickly. The total would have been about $800. Thankfully I did get a second opinion at another shop, where I was allowed to look underneath the car with a mechanic. (I have never been invited to look at my own car at Imperial Street Auto.) It was obvious even to me that no noise was coming from the catalytic converter, but it was just some loose metal on another part of the exhaust system. Cost to fix was $20 at the other shop, and the noise was gone.
I hope it was just an honest mistake, but do think before going ahead with anything non-routine here, and get a second opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a tuneup here and the mechanic scratched up my brand new rims when changing tire. Never got compensation, all I got was owner replying defending himself. They won't own up to mistakes.. I'd reconsider when there are many other better places, trust me just look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ David, Mahmoud and their team always provide the best service and maintenance for my car. I'm going to this shop in the last 8 years at least 5 times a year. They always treated me like a friend or family member. Thank you guys for all you have done for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need an oil change, the price can't be beat, however, do not use this garage for any other auto repairs. My engine light came on and a guy did a 5 minute test. I was told that my car needed a catalytic converter and would cost up to $1,500. Just for this diagnosis, I was charged over $60. I decided to hold off on the repair, and it's a good thing. Another shop told me that a new catalytic converter was not even needed!

Dave the owner not only helps me with my car but life as well. I have the most respect for Dave. Everytime he sees me, he always says hi and asks me how I'm doing. He makes me smile; the guys in the back are great, and Elizabeth's in the office is so smart in explaining everything to me. I don't have any problems with a smart female explaining to me my car troubles she knows a he'll of alot On cars and she's pretty
