โ โ โ โ โ Had my beloved 2019 Toyota CH-R right front body fixed after being hit by another car. I was attended to by Jopo who took care of everything exceptionally well. Very friendly, explained the process and wait time in detail. Offered me a courtesy vehicle and off I went. Got my car a couple days later which looks as good as it was before the accident Not only that, my car went out of the shop polished and even the interior was given a superb clean through!!!
I would definitely recommend Horizon AutoBody and would certainly have my business again in the future!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I deal with Muzill here for all of my inquires. He is highly responsive and his prices are very reasonable. His shop goes above and beyond for their customers and their excellent craftsmanship leaves cars looking brand new. I would highly recommend Horizon Autobody.

โ โ โ โ โ I did not have a good experience with Horizon Autobody.It took a very long time to do a relatively easy job.First they ordered the wrong parts. So that added a week.Then not all the right parts came so I had to come back after part of the work was done.I was told the part would come the next day.It was another week of waiting.They never called when they said they would call.I would have to call them to find out what was going on.When I got my car back my personal belongings (LG dog carrier) & parts of the inside floor covering for the storage compartment weren't put back.So I had to go back again after work. Either incompetency or management simply doesn't know how to run a business.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my second time going to Horizon and I will continue to do so whenever I need things done to my car. Once again, Muzil was incredibly kind, caring and professional and was able to get my car fixed quickly. I was given a nice clean courtesy vehicle while mine was being worked on, and when I picked mine up it was cleaned entirely! I was not expecting them to go out of their way to do this. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great autobody shop!

โ โ โ โ โ Reliable, Honest, Professionally run family business. If It's Auto-body repair and you want it done right, look no further. I had my car side swiped and they did an excellent job making it look as good as before. It's getting harder and harder to come across a business that genuinely cares these days so I'm glad I can say this about Horizon.

โ โ โ โ โ The worst place to get your car fixed, I had my front bumper painted last year and the paint started peeling off within few months.Their Manager, Muzzell, said it`s rock chips from the highways, I trusted them and now when the paint is peeling out more I can clearly see that they just painted another layer of paint on top of the old one without removing and sanding down the existing paint to primer.I don`t know what i could do at this point but I am completely disatisfied with their workmanship for which they charged around 800$ to ICBC.I could have get this done from a local repairshop for 300$ for complete bumper and with good Quality.I would not recommend it to anybody, beware here! โ โ โ โ โ It took a whole month for my Acura to get fixed at Horizon Autobody. When I received my car it was full of dust and compound residue , very dirty from the interior specially my trunk. The worst part is that the paint on the front door look horrendously different from my original paint (see picture). Very unprofessional results for the amount of time my car spent in their shop, I hope they take this review seriously to improve.

After receiving their services I can clearly see why! Muzill was very accommodating to my needs and provided a service car while my own was being repaired. He kept me updated throughout the process and showed outstanding client service from start to finish. I am very impressed with the work done by the entire team at Horizon Autobody and would highly recommend this repair shop to anyone needing services.
