Nigel is the ultimate pro - provides excellent advice, has strong communication skills, and is responsive to phone calls and messages. I've appreciated the timely reminders and follow-up messages for all my service appointments.
What really sets Pro-Tech apart from other shops is the honesty. From my first experience with Nigel, I immediately felt I could trust the options he provided for my car and that he would recommend what was best for me and my vehicle.
Overall, very happy with the service and work that was provided, for the fair pricing, and the honest recommendations.

They are timely, professional, and get the job done! My entire family takes any car repairs to this shop and we feel safe on the road with our vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Nigel on Monday Morning and he was very accommodating. I had to get my car towed at his shop and they were able to do a diagnostic the next day. My starter on my 2008 BMW 335i has failed and what caused the car to not start up. The day after that the car was fixed. The pricing was very fair and honest. I just felt at ease and didn’t feel pressured at all whatsoever. I would definite continue to use His shop to service my car. I highly recommend his service to anyone.

My car is happy! Highly recommend coming hear to get your car checked up and fixed. Will definitely come back here again whenever my car is need of another check up!

I've gotten my car serviced and repaired through Pro-Tech and the prices are always competitive and the work is always honest. Would highly recommend if you own a BMW or any car for that matter!

Business felt fair and the shop did a pretty solid job. Definitely inspires a lot of confidence in going back for the future work I need done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been bringing my car to Pro-Tech for many years now, visiting both the Burnaby and Surrey locations. Nigel and Neil are honest, straightforward, and professional; exactly what you want out of a repair shop!
They both take the time to explain any of their diagnoses with you, and there's zero pressure with any procedure.
Overall, a solid family run business with many years of experience. Make sure to book ahead, as they can get busy (for good reason!)
