★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I've got my vehicle serviced here. This experience was definitely out of the ordinary. It was a simple paint job I needed done on my car but due to the nature of my job, the scheduling got very complicated. Matt and Roneel were very understanding and went very well above and beyond keeping communication smooth to ensure I knew what was happening step by step when there was a hick up, accommodated for my difficult, and ensured everything was taken care of.
Definitely didn't expect this level of customer service from these guys in this industry. I'm glad I came back again to get my vehicle done here!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Craftsman Collision to have my car repaired after knocking off the mirror and scratching the side of the car in a parking garage. Both times I was there, I was there for less than 5 minutes. Everything was quick and easy and the staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. They made my unpleasant experience very pleasant :)
Donna at the front desk is amazing.
Will definitely be recommending them to family & friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to take the time to give a big thank you and shout out to Matt and Spence who not only met my needs but exceeded my expectations. Matt got me in to see a technician right away and Spence was knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. The service I received was fast, friendly and efficient. My brand new Nissan Rogue got scuffed and I left the shop with it looking new again. I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience and will be coming back again. Please pay this team a visit, you won’t be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my vehicle in for window repair and a touch up to the paint from an accident that happened a year ago. Car in front of me on the Hwy got hit by debris and it smashed their sunroof which ended up flying into my windshield.
Got my car back and it looks great but they unplugged my battery (for some reason) and didn't even tighten it back. Also now my headlights won't turn off.
Called to ask what happen or what can they do to help.
They said it's not their problem. As they didn't do anything electrical....yet they unplugged my battery???
They also advised to take it to a mechanic and if they have proof its from the accident, they will fix it.
This is how you treat your customers after a mistake on your part? Not cool..I won't be recommending you.
Now I have to keep unplugging my battery until I can go to a mechanic.
Also broken glass pieces around my dash and on my seat. Some I cleaned up already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ICBC claim. Rear bumper damaged. Jason is professional and easy going. The repair work was wonderful. Paint job was like new. Car cleaned inside out. Turnaround time as promised. Happy with the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not recommended to anyone to go here. Technicians are not professional at all, as you can see from the pictures they did a horrendous job. Parts are not properly placed, parts like clips and bolts are missing. The technician seemed to have just painted over the damages UNBELIEVABLE, didn’t repair anything and even the paint job itself was done poorly. The front bumper seemed to have just been cleaned off and not fixed at all and door handle keyless system doesn’t work. From anybody who can see it is obvious that they did a horrible job and maybe have given it in a worse condition as there are parts missing and replacements are faulty, they even cost other damages to good parts in my car . This place is a joke as they will overcharge your insurance and claim things not done to your car, BE CAREFULL.
