★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I called Geraldine from doing a google search, and inquired about her immigration services for our family's current situation, she immediately gave us the answers we needed and she didn't need to schedule an initial consultation for another date. She was very easy to communicate with both on the phone and email. During this time, we were able to process my father's PR renouncement application and documents all virtually. It took over a month for my country's Canadian embassy to respond and gave us the result we wanted. Her fees are reasonable and way below the fees I was quoted when I was inquiring around. Unlike other places, she can give you the answers you're looking for upfront without any hidden agenda. Geraldine is honest, kind, and easy-going. We highly recommend her as a registered immigration consultant!
